If you want pretty people and a pretty gym, this is the pickup spot, I mean gym, for you. They've got the basics and a few other things. Great aerobics, spinning and yoga at no extra cost. Nice saltwatr pool too. The mens steam room is gross though...its is cleaned every night but needs an acid wash...and STOP ADDING EUCALYPTUS TO THE STEAM PLEASE...OMG, this knocks me out. Two levels. Lots to do. Negotiate pricing. Read fine details. Trainers are so-so...still dont understand why some of the front desk staff are overweight...odd choice for a gym don't you think?

It is a very nice facility but I was really put off by the staff a couple years ago and left.
One thing that always bothered me was when their trainers walked by someone obviously new and not using a piece of equipment correctly and they did nothing. I also saw people stop them an ask for advice and they were told they had to pay for personal training for them to answer questions.
The final straw for me was when I had just renewed and paid in full for the year and was sitting down with a very arrogant 20 something kid discussing a possible training program and he kept spinning his phone and looking off into space while he answered my questions. All I wanted was a few personal sessions to fine tune my program and he said to me " if you can't afford it sir maybe you could look at financing"
$$ were hardly the issue and at that moment I got up and went back to the manager for a refund of my just paid for renewal. ( which then took 3 months and 5 phone calls and several emails to get....it was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional)
It's all about the money here.. So buyer beware. Use the facility but be aware the staff are transient and you get all kinds and most have no maturity or caring.
