Have stayed here a few times, really like it.  Rooms are big, super comfortable beds, lots of channels on the TV and a lot to do around the hotel.  Quick walk to a pretty big mall, or the Canada Line train that takes you into the Vancouver City Centre.  Very nice people working here, love the Irish Pub downstairs.

I have stayed here many times over the years (for about 16 years) Always a very nice experience. They have a van service that takes you to and from the airport. (remember to tip).  Great rooms with nice squishy beds. Tons of TV  channels, coffee makers in the rooms.  Some of the rooms have fridge, micro, toaster and real dishes and silverware.  Lots of shop and restaurants all around ,even a mall and a great park across the street. They do have lots of parking, but i do not know if they charge for it or not.  Two restaurants in the hotel, that are both very good. Just no complaints here ever!

Sure the hotel isn't new  or super fancy, but I definitely love this place for a lot of reasons:
    1) It's right in the centre of Richmond, walking distance to the mall Richmond Centre
    2) It's walking distance to the Canada Line, which will take you to Vancouver or Dwtn
    3) Super convenient shuttle service that takes you from the lobby to the airport and back
    4) Lots of restaurants/ coffee shops around the area
    5) Foggy Dew Pub is attached to the hotel..... ummmm you can drink as much as you can and literally walk a few steps to the elevator
    6) Carver's Restaurant and Tivoli''s Breakfast is attached to the hotel (they also do room service)
    7) There is a liquor store with really great prices also attacehd to the hotel
    8) It's an exciting place, with lots of conferences and wedding going on
    9) The room is okay, not fancy and not new, BUT all the staff from the front desk to housekeeping has been efficient, friendly and super accomodating all the time.
    10) There is a small pool, a hot tub, and a small gym
    11) There is a big roof top garden with a running track so you can run without worrying about pedestrians or cars.  Best of all, the roof top garden has 7 black bunnies hopping around freely.  No other hotel has this.  After a long day, I see people sit at the chairs to have some fresh air and feed the bunnies or just stare at them.  It's very calming.

I really like this place and have already recommended it to relatives :

Only stayed here one night. Extremely close to Vancouver airport, and it seems as though many airlines place their crew here - because everytime I went down to the lobby I would see pilots and flight attendants waiting for the shuttle to the airport.

The hotel seems like it hasn't changed over the past three years since the first review was put in by Nadine N. Still the same - some rooms have a kitchenette, but the fixtures in the kitchenette seemed kind of grimy. At least the comforter was thick and comfortable, but the air conditioner system was extremely loud. I know hotel/motel air conditioner units can be loud, but the one here was on the higher-end of the decibel scale.

The staff was friendly and helpful, which bumps it up to two stars, but the hotel property itself is unfortunately still one star. It's located in Richmond, so the area is mostly business, medical malls, and some limited shopping, all within walking distance.

I stay here quite a bit because of my job. It's not a 5 star hotel, but the staff offers 5 star service. Front desk staff is highly commendable.
They treat us really nice here and they are always very courteous. Fabulous shuttle service to and from the airport and van driver is always on time. It's close to many restaurants, grocery stores, the Richmond shopping mall and the sky strain that goes to Vancouver. I've had different rooms here and have also been upgraded many times which is a nice treat. Some of the rooms have a full size kitchen with a stove, but the one I had last night only has a microwave and fridge.
There is a fantastic park across the street that has a nice pond and a jogging path. It's nice to sit here after a long run just to relax, rejuvenate and watch the little ducks and critters happily running around the park.
The hotel also has several restaurants on site. The Tivoli restaurant inside is kinda pricey, but the Foggy Dew Irish Pub that is attached to the hotel is affordable and fabulous!
There's a charge for wifi here, but we have a hotel contract  so ours is complimentary.

I stayed here last weekend and my impression was that in no way is this place a 4 star property despite the 2011 rating.  The hotel interior is 10 years past its prime.  For instance the mini fridge wasn't working, the door jamb was busted and the sink was patched together.  The pool didn't have a hot tub and there wasn't the amount of amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel.  The location is close to the airport but a good 45 minutes from downtown.  I encountered  2 staff members that were 5 star service worthy and 2 staff members that shouldn't have been working in the hospitality industry.   All in all my stay was OK but I wouldn't stay here again.

When my wife and I first moved to Vancouver, we lived here for a couple of weeks as a part of a relocation package through my wife's new job. I found the Executive Inn to be really depressing. I think the best word to describe it is utilitarian. There was a full kitchen with a dishwasher, which was probably the best thing about the "apartment suite," but the rest of the place was not so hot. The couch and bed were both uncomfortable. Oh and no free wifi here.

Staying here will make you miss home. The Foggy Dew Pub and Tivoli's restaurant will only make you miss home even more. I'd recommend not staying here if you are on vacation since wishing you were home is a waste of a vacation.

We held a conference/speaker session here for a food technology organization.  They accommodated us decently.  There were pens and note pads at each seat at the tables, the lunch was prompt. They came quickly for any technical support we needed. Overall, the event went smoothly.

The food at lunch was pretty nice but the soup was really salty.
