These guys are awesome + Sarah in the office.
Im gonna give you 2 sides of a review for them, I have had 2 different experiences with them. I acknowledge mistakes can be made and I really think the owners are awesome with going that extra mile to take care of their clientelle.
I took my vehicle in on a Thursday afternoon and they took a lot longer than expected because they were busy. I picked the vehicle up in the evening (very dark outside) but I couldnt see the work up close because there was no natural light. That being said, the next day I saw that the work that was done was not exactly what I expected for what I paid. I really was not happy to say the least...
I got in contact with their office, Sarah, offered me a solution to my dissatisfaction pretty quickly - another detail @ no charge even though some time had passed before I could get back there since I have to travel 40 minutes to get to their location. When I got there, I showed Vim, one of the owners EVERYTHING I was concerned about and he addressed my concerns and explained to me IN A VERY DETAILED MANNER what they would do to remedy the situation as it was a 1 off ...anyhow 3 hours later I had my vehicle back and it FAR EXCEEDED my initial expectations. There was so much care put into the detailing, it looked like every square cm was taken care of...right down to the trunk getting shampoo'd. The 2nd job they did, to me would have been a "supreme" cleaning of sorts - whatever their max price may have been - the job was that good. The vehicle sparkled from the inside out and they even did an extra wax job on the exterior because I had mentioned I was selling the vehicle! And they did this at no extra charge just to ensure they went that extra mile to have me happy!
I was beyond impressed even though I had to go back for a 2nd time to have this job done. Things happen right? The job was that good that I could overlook the fact that I had to go back and I would most definitely recommend these guys to friends and family!

Wow! These guys do an amazing job of detailing cars. Their service is excellent! I had my car detailed while I was at work a couple of months ago and was amazed at how spotless it was. I've had it detailed before with other companies and it never really looked like they paid attention to detail when working on my car. But EMD did a great job--it was really clean and smelled fresh. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable! I will be coming back to them every time my car needs a good cleaning.
