    Get more bang for your buck ! Workout in your own private gym,one on one with Mathew Benvie (BA HK,CPTN) and you get exactly what you pay for...results !  Instead of wasting time and money on an expensive personal training package at a big box gym go see this guy ! He will design a routine for you, keep you on task,work you as hard as you can and get you the results all in his private gym with no super fit people around to stare you down ! He doesn't push supplements etc. and he's an all around great guy and fabulous coach.I LOVE my workouts with Mathew and look forward to going every time... : )
