Evergreen stationers is probably a lifesaver when you are getting invitations ready for a special occasion like a wedding.
They have all the supplies that you will need to design and print your own invitations and they also create custom invitations for their clients. They also have all the things you would need to make a custom photo album to remember the event.
They have tons of accessories related to arts and crafts as well. A good store to check out If you like designing and creating. -

Lifesaver and great alternative to Michael's, which is not far away, but I will almost always pick Evergreen over the big box store due to its selection and human pricing.
I find their selection of specialty papers stunning. They have regular cardstock in all shades of the spectrum, but also huge chiyogami sheets, washi and other special papers for envelope liners or wrapping paper. There is also inhouse invitation design, with your level of involvement to whatever you wish. They will do it all if you want, or leave parts of assembly up to you if you have the time and want to save a bit of money.
In addition, there are many arthouse cards and special event cards to pick from. And a huge selection of envelope shapes, colours and sizes. My favourite is the wax seal centre. This section of their store has grown a lot in recent months, and I'd say they are a great source for wax and special monogrammed stamps for sealing special stationery in the city.
The staff is always friendly, even though they are always super busy when I go in. They will make time for you. Highly recommended retailer. -

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at Evergreen. I ordered the materials to make my invitations and was told they would take one week to be ordered. I called in a week to find out if they were ready to be picked up and was told there was another delay and it would be another few days. In a few days I called back to find out if the materials were ready for pick up and was told there was another delay and they would not be ready in another week. I expressed my disappointment to the employee and asked if there was any other way to get the materials sooner. He responded that I never told him there was a rush for the invitations and that a few more days shouldn't make any difference. I am upset that he could make that judgment and was not sympathetic. I would have went to another store had I known it would have taken so long to get my materials in the first place. Evergreen should realize that planning a wedding/event is very stressful, and customers should not have to deal with delays and rude staff on top of that!
