Simply amazing gelato, Eva's is a stark contrast to the other gelato places on the Corydon strip, featuring rich and creamy iced treat in a wide array of flavours.
By far my favorite is the dulce de leche laced with decadent stripes of caramel.
The mocha and cappuccino are also amazing, but there's plenty of fruity flavours to choose from as well.
If there's a word of caution, it's that a little goes a long way. The flavours are intense enough that my palate becomes overwhelmed. I've learned to resist the temptation of doubling up, even though you can order up to three scoops.
If you want to try everything, they'll happily give you small tastings from the coolest little plastic shovels. But at the end of the day the simple solution is to go often and that's my advice to you.
