Oh sh***t,, this place! OK.. I want to say that this is NOT Lani David that is typing this review, but Penelopé (Lani's Vagina) ...
Anywho, Lani made a first time reservation today, to get myself waxed. She was very happy that she was able to make an appointment within the same day. Upon being welcomed in to Euro Wax Center, I was feeling like a puppy waiting to be neutered. Kim was my Lady... She helped Lani feel relaxed and comfortable about everything. The place was extremely clean. Kim explained the 4 step process and I became more at ease with her scalping me clean. A few ouches and squirms and I was as hairless as a sphynx!! It was quite a quick session considering it was a Brazilian! Anywho,, I recommend KIM! She was an absolute PRO and I now do not dread going in for a wax at all! ...and for those of you who want to invest in the next best business deal, Euro Wax Center is a great investment in a franchise!! Take a peak at their revenues! .... I know I am! ;) -

The only reason why this place didn't get 5 stars was because I had an appointment at 5:30 but they made me wait more then half an hour when I got there! I was very angry because they specified that we have to arrive early or our waxing will be cut short, but then all a sudden people arriving later then me were being helped earlier.
Their waxing is fabulous, the black wax is a miracle worker and my skin was not even irritated afterwords. So far the best wax I've ever had! =) -

4stars because the ladies up front were really dry an unthusiastic
my estician was polite. She made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time getting a brazilian wax. I am a nair queen. Any who I can't remember the young lady name. She had to be in her early twenties and very soft spoken. The brazilian wax does hurt but this lady applied pressure to the area after she tore back. This technique really helped to
Minimize the pain. I was smooth as a babies bottom. -

Veronica was my estician and she was great she made me feel really comfortable and the wax went really fast and I am all smooth. The wax they use is the best I will be back great prices with great service

There are certain services for which I very much appreciate a reminder phone call, including:
- My car needs an oil change or tune up? Yes, thank you!
- It's been over six months since my last dentist appointment? Open up that calendar and schedule something.
- My kitty needs to have her rabies vaccination updated? Definitely not to be missed.
- Am I keeping up on my nether regions? Umm... no thanks!
Whomever had the bright idea of calling regulars at European Wax Center who've lapsed on their regular schedule (to ensure they didn't forget to wax their ladybits) needs to get a clue. Good customer service and marketing are all about understanding the nature of your business and figuring out how to attract as well as retain clients. Very few of us females need reminding - we can see everything "down there" just fine, thank you very much.
Not only is the reminder phone call just plain stupid, it's somewhat of an invasion of privacy. Maybe I've decided to go "au naturelle" from now on? Or perhaps I was just diagnosed with ovarian cancer. What if I lost my job and can't afford a wax? None of those situations apply to me, but I'm just sayin' it's none of their business either way!
No one should have to explain over the phone to some nitwit why they haven't scheduled a bikini wax. Period. Yes, pun intended. I don't care if the services are cheap and Rose is a doll, chances are I can find someone else who won't be bugging me during the work day to schedule a future appt.Listed in: When I like to leave the…, Beautification, 5-star Service, Yelp iPhone Application, Coming Back For More

My friend recommended me this new waxing center. She got waxing from Olga. She said Olga is amazing! She does everything from eyebrow shaping to brazilian professionally. I made an appointment and now Olga is my only waxer forever! She is very friendly, efficient and very good at what she does! It was quick and painless. Now I recommend her to all my friends.

I was skeptical about this place only because my feeling is waxing is such as personalized service and it somehow felt wrong to me that a franchise would meet my expectations. I was definitely wrong! So far, I've seen Tish and Erica. Both are good but I found Tish to be very thorough. Ask for Tish and she'll take you to Brazil and back, no sweat! Haha...
They don't double dip too. Hooray! -

Ok-- this needs an update. I broke out like crazy with pimples all over you know where!! Yes, my lady parts. YIKES! Not purty at all!!! There are minimal ingrowns. But I wasn't told that this could/would happened. And its NEVER happened before anywhere. And I've been waxing for years.
So, beware- if you have sensitive skin, this might happen to you. As they use a dfferent "special" wax. I will try them again, but if I break out I'll have to find another waxing facility :(
Boo---they are so good..Minus 1 star for now-Methinks I am not being too harshListed in: Girly Stuff!

Ok so, sorry to all my past waxing reviews, THIS place really is the best..
Ever since my first time coming here, I've never gone anywhere else. This place is SUPER clean, friendly, and affordable!
Although Rose was my favorite esthetician so far, all the girls are really nice and make you feel super comfortable. They are very knowledgeable in their craft, and taught me a few things about maintaining good skin in between waxes and for the future. Its not a typical place where everyone is serious and boring, instead it has a really fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Not only that, they mark when the last time you've visited was, and call and remind you when you should probably book your next appointment!
The services are very inexpensive too.
Underarm $16
Brazilian $42
Eyebrow $15
Lip $15 (i think...)
Anyway. I always come here now. And i probably will be for the rest of my life...haha
PS. CHECK IN ON YELP! they'll give you a either a FREE waxing or 50% off a more expensive wax!
Also, 50% off your first visit here! -

This might just be my new favorite place to get waxed! Very professional and very CLEAN! The prices are reasonable in my opinion since you do get what you pay for. The staff is super friendly and the wax barely hurt! It was also really quick!
Minus one star because when I asked for Rose (since everyone here recommended her), the receptionist said she wasn't working the day I was gonna come in. When I got there, a friend of mine just happened to be there as well and met with Rose. :| But no big deal! TISH was amazing though! Just wish they didn't lie to me. -

I tried the European Wax Center based on the recommendation of a friend when my regular person at a downtown spa was on vacation and I desperately needed a waxing. My thought was to come here only once but it's been great so I keep coming back.
- The staff is good at what they do, and they're very nice too
- Scheduling is easy
- Parking is easily available
- The prices aren't the cheapest, but they're significantly less than my downtown spa and they do just as good of a job -

I've been going to EWC for a few years. I travel between California and Florda,so I use different locations and Nancy at the Daly City center is outstanding. She is kind, sensitive and extremely professional. I am in and out and it never hurts and I never feel uncomfortable. I've also used a few other technicians and they've all been very good.

Nancy is awesome! She talks you through, she tries to get every hair, I would return for Nancy.... 5 stars for Nancy... Oh and they do not double dip!!! 5 stars for that too!
As for the receptionists if they say they will do something the next time you visit, get it in writing because the next gal will say no. Don't let them tell you they will note it in the computer because they don't. Customer service with the front staff especially with Christina is not good. 1 star for receptionists!!!!! -

Ok, so I have experience in waxing. I'm hairy as a wolf and have been getting my hair yanked since I was 13. I've literally had everything done, except the dun-dun-DUUUUUUN...the Brazilian.
I've had my bikini waxed, no problem but let me tell you, I was shaking in my Ugg boots when I walked in and for someone who has TONS of experience, it was pretty pathetic.
Anyways, my technician was Rose. She was nice, and kept me calm during the whole ordeal and let me know that really, it's not that big of a deal. And I have to say, it worked. I think I psyched myself up a bit too much and anticipated a 10 in the pain/awkward factor, but it really was about a 4 or 5.
I bought some products (which actually work! Everyone buy that exfoliation stuff!) and made another appointment (which I never do, I usually just call because I'm over it) but this time I'm actually looking forward to it. -

This place isn't the cheapest, but there are a few reasons to shell out a little:
1) Veronica. She's amazing - detailed, quick, and really nice to chat to on top of all of that. She's currently out on maternity leave, so it may be a few months before you get to experience her awesomeness, but she's worth the wait.
2) That natural wax that they use that sort of solidifies a little when it cools so that they don't actually have to use cloth strips to wax. Seems a lot less wasteful to me than the other way, and it leaves my skin less irritated.
3) The products smell really good. -

I always wanted to try this place. Seeing this place all the time, Everywhere, I went here for my first visit. Which if its your first visit, you can get a free wax.
I walked in for an appointment (eyebrow and lip), The place look hella clean, with red, gold, and silver color walls, Also advertising there products. 30 minute wait cause they had a office meeting during that time. They said to come at least 5 minutes early, if your 5 minutes late, they will cancel your appointment. So I just walked a little bit down the block. Window shop some stores.
When it was close to my appointment time, i walked in again and waited till they called my name. Walked into a room and had like a doctor room look. Still looked clean. Put my purse down and let them do my lip and eyebrow.
They do a good job. :) I like them. I'll come there again. -

I just came here today for a Brazilian with Veronica and it was a great experience. Yes, the Brazilian wax was a great experience. The salon is newly done with contemporary decor. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was a little nervous since it was my first time with hard wax, but my fears were unrealized. If traditional waxing on the pain scale is a 10, this is a 5-6. I love how the hard wax didn't stick to my skin and also it significantly reduced the swelling and redness. In a few hours, everything was back to normal!
Parking is ample, hours are long, open on weekends, large staff so scheduling an appt. is easy, and inexpensive. My first visit was $21 (promo) and I was so sold on the service that I bought the buy 9 get 3 free package right away. It comes out to $31.50/visit (normally $42) for 12 visits. That is an awesome deal! You also get $5 credit for referring a friend, which I have already!
Still super excited about this place and that was so 6 hours ago... -

One star for the pricing. One star for hard wax and one star for the waxing staff. The first time I came to European Wax Center I was running late but Aaron was so friendly and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience and I didn't feel pressured to make an appointment or buy any of their packages. I'm the type of customer that buys when I want to buy and I'll call when I can make time for a waxing. I'm guilty, I'm not the greatest person on vanity upkeep.
The second time it was 2 different gals at the front of the desk, one was really friendly the other gal had constant stink face and greeted me with a dry hi (boy she really enjoys her job). I forget the name of my waxer but she was really friendly and had good conversation. When I was finished I was rung up by "stinky face." I totally felt pressured into making another appointment (because she said after all Valentine's day is coming up). I'm currently pregnant so I'm not feeling so hot and sexy these days. She also kept pushing each of the packages on me. I really have 2 other go-to waxers around the Bay Area that I go to in case I need to get in. I had to turn her down a total of 3 times. I really hate doing that because I know they're just doing their job (but at least do it with a smile). She also mentioned that I would get $5 off for completing a survey card since this was my second visit. I just wanted to get out of there since I was already running late for another appointment I had. I didn't realize until I got home that she didn't take off $5. Poop! Oh well, maybe she was just having a bad day. I also noticed my last waxer wasn't as thorough as my previous one, their were still a few strays that she forgot. Will I go back to European Wax Center, maybe if my other 2 waxers are fully booked. I just didn't appreciate the stinky attitude during my last visit. -

I really recommend European Wax Center for any first-timers who are looking to get a Brazilian wax, or any first-time waxers in general. They aren't the cheapest, but you're paying for what you get.
I was looking for a place to get my first Brazilian wax, and I decided to choose European Wax Center because they had a promotion for first time customers. I called, made an appointment and when the day arrived, I almost canceled because I was so nervous about getting waxed in my sacred area.
Anyway, I gave myself a mini pep talk and went in for my appointment. I had Veronica and she was such a sweetheart. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, talking me through it and keeping me occupied so I wasn't thinking about what was actually going on. The entire process itself was only 15 minutes and although it hurt, it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. They do use hard wax, so it is much more painless than other salons which use hot wax. Oh, and what I also love about this salon is that they don't double dip - they use new sticks every time they apply a new strip of wax. I know it sounds like that should be expected, but a lot of other salons have double dipped, which I find unsanitary. Anywho, as for the hairs that were too short or stubborn to be removed using the wax, Veronica tweezed them to make sure that everything was nice and clean, which I really appreciate.
Now that I've gotten over my initial embarrassment and shyness of getting the forbidden area waxed, I've been going back ever since! -

Impressive!
I called earlier in the day for a same-day appointment and they were able to accommodate me at the time I wanted. I spoke to Aaron and he was very pleasant over the phone. He asked me a few questions such as how I heard about them, if I'd been to any of their other locations, and if I was taking certain prescribed meds for safety purposes, I believe because your skin is more sensitive when you're on something like Retin-A for example. But, anyway, he was able to get me an appointment with Nancy.
I walked in 15 mins early to my appointment and was greeted by Serena at the front desk who was really nice. I asked her if I could use the restroom and I was glad that it was very clean. The facility as a whole is extremely clean and I like that. Places like this need to be hygienic and this place is just that!
Nancy saw me as soon as I walked out of the restroom and I liked how she was able to see me 15 mins before my appointment. So, I would suggest getting to your appointment early if you can. Anyway, when I walked in, she asked me to disrobe and lay on the table. She then asked me if it was my first time getting a Brazilian and I said no. But, it was my first time getting it done here and she was glad because she said she gets a little worried about people who haven't had it done before as far as pain is concerned.
Nancy explained to me that they use hard wax instead of strip wax, which basically means that the wax they use hardens and they don't use strips to rip the hair off because otherwise, your skin would be more sensitive to that. So, hard wax is way better for your skin!
This was my first experience with hard wax and I must say that it is definitely easier on the skin than strip wax. It was almost painless. Nancy also made sure to ask me if the wax was too hot as well as ask if I was doing ok as she continued to wax. She never double-dipped.
Nancy was very professional, personable, and informative. She definitely knows her stuff. She even suggested one of their products that helped to prevent ingrown hairs and I didn't feel like she was trying to "sell" me the product. She also gave me tips on exfoliating and on basic upkeep. She did end up tweezing a few hairs she missed, but suggested I didn't do so
afterwards because tweezing during growth can disrupt the hair cycle and can cause different lengths of hair in certain areas that you tweezed down there.
Their ongoing promotion as of now is half-off on a Brazilian for first-time customers. So, instead of paying the usual $42 rate, you only pay $21 and that's what I paid before tip. I highly recommend Nancy and also suggest getting a pre-paid Wax Pass if you're serious about waxing. For first time guests, the Wax Pass includes buying 9 of the same service
and getting 3 free and if you're a regular client, you get 2 free.
Overall, great experience, friendly staff, nice and clean facility, and an awesome esthetician Nancy who was fairly quick. My appointment took about 20 minutes. So, if you're in need of a same-day wax on short notice, give them a call and ask for Nancy! -
Review from Ghia G.
I normally only come here in between my visits to my regular aesthetician (Ennee of Pink Cherry Spa) to touch up eyebrows or if it's convenient on the weekend. The facility is extremely clean and they use a fresh stick each time they dip into the wax. Rose is my choice, she's consistent with her quality of work and remembers details about your preferences. She makes the appointment very comfortable and swift. It does get expensive, so if you do plan to frequent this place very often their packages do look like a more reasonable, economical option. I'm going to stick to Pink Cherry Spa, but it's nice to have an alternative open on the weekends in case of emergencies :)

This is my new favourite waxing place. Ok maybe not "new" since I've been coming for about 4 months now. Their prices are really good. They use to be even better but they increased by a bit. It's very clean, professional, and I'm always able to schedule an appointment when I want. They have a points system so you get different points for doing different things which is cool. and I think each point is $1? They text you to remind you of appts, which I like - I don't like random people calling me.
anyways the best part is, this is the only place I've found that uses hard wax... it's blue :D So they don't need to use the cloth strips. It just dries, hardens, and they rip it off. It feels cleaner, and less painful :D -

I like this place because they can almost always fit you in last minute, which is how I like to roll. The staff is always friendly (except this awful woman Rose) and I like their products. Price is average and they usually do a great job (I've had a couple times where they left hair behind). I'm not crazy about how they try to sell you product- I've bought the stuff and haven't seen any results from it, but that's not the point, the point is that I don't like feeling like I have to come up with a reason that I don't want to buy the products they are telling me I can't live without. All that aside, the wax is great and the place is spotless oh and the management is great.

I've been here twice and will keep coming back for more!!
Now i normally just wax my brows and nothing else, but recently i started doing brazillian...and being my FIRST time, i was a little bit scare of the pain.. I've gotten bikini before and it was pretty painful. I believe her name is Annette, the 1st lady who waxed me, is super friendly and nice. She kept on talking to me to get me comfortable, and ease the anxiety feeling. She does a really good job and is CLEAN!
the 2nd time i went there i had it done with Veronica, i know a lot of people on here has good reviews about her. but i personally didnt her service, yeah she does a fast job, but i also felt like i was being rushed outta there.. even she said so herself, "she does it quick so she can go in the break room and sit." after i went home i noticed that it wasn't even a clean wax.. i was pretty upset.
lucky i book my next appointment with my original lady :)
this place is very clean and they use hard wax so it is not as painful as soft wax. -

This place is awesome. Open 7 days a week and open until 8pm on week days!
The first time I went I had Rose. She was very sweet and talked me through my whole wax even though I've had it done many times. She let me know what she was doing each time and taught me techniques on how to make the experience a little better.
The second time I went, Rose was on vacation so I had Sonia. Sonia was also super sweet and did a great job. She grabbed every little bits of hair there was.
This place is also very reasonable priced and the hours are great for me. I recommend getting the package deal because it is worth it if you wax often. -

34 HAIRS LEFT BEHIND!!
(2 stars)
When there is a war, they say "leave no man behind". The concept should be the same when it comes to waxing, "leave no hair behind".
All my life, i've always taken care of my eyebrows with a tweezer. Oddly, i've always been complimented that it looks like I get them done. I've decided to deliberately let my eyebrows grow for 2 weeks and find a place to get them waxed for the first time.
Picked European Wax Center for two (2) reasons:
1) Free complimentary wax for first time customers.
2) Very clean environment and it is very close to my place.
After reading some reviews, I'd give it a whirl. I've read Lisa's review and have kept things in mind what to expect at the end of my session.
I saw Rose today for my eyebrows. Very friendly lady! I said "keep the shape, just need it to be cleaned up because I've let it grown for awhile and I usually pluck." I closed my eyes and let her get to work. Felt her waxing, did a few plucks, comb my brows, and trim the length. Others may find it funny for someone to comb their brows, but i have my own brow comb at home (and friends do laugh at me for it). I liked how the waxing was a quick shot, she definately trimmed the brows well and kept its shape. BUT.....
THE OUTCOME.
1) Was given the mirror (reflection is upclose and personal). I saw several hairs. i asked "can they be plucked?" because I know for a fact they can be plucked. She response "i tried. but I can't."
2) My left brow is off centered. I will now need to let it grow a little to match the right brow. Not that notice able (good thing) but once it's pointed out, it's noticeable.
3) Got home and went to the plucking. I plucked (yes, i counted for the purpose of proving a point) 34 fine hairs that were missed and had asked to have them plucked since the wax couldn't take care of them but was rejected.
I get alot of compliments on my brows as is (doing them myself). Even wax lady said i've done a good job with my little arches. Maybe I should continue that way. Good thing today's service was complimentary.
Will I be back? I have another set scheduled appointment in few weeks but I'll need to reconsider.
Until the next review.... -

this european wax center is much more differ than what i'm used to. the girl that waxes me is ROSE. i love conversating with her and she makes me feel comfortable when i get waxed! they also provide bottles of serums for those who wax and probably those who don't also. they remind you when your appointment is and when you can reschedule. they are suuper nice about it and i even feel bad when i have to reschedule a couple times due to "bad timings" haha, other than that..theyre a suuuper cool/chlll place to get waxed at :) COMFORTABLY

$21 for a first time client for a Brazilian and a little over $40 for any time after that.
The estheticians here are super friendly and talk you through the whole uncomfortable, awkward process (and even laugh with you because let's face it, it gets VERY weird). It was like talking to a friend. My favorite is Rose. She is really thorough and I love the results.
If any time they miss some hairs or don't do as clean of a job as you expect, they'll fix it up for free.
This is my go-to place for waxing now. -
Review from Marcia M.
My buddy and California girl Abby S referred me to European Wax Center on my last visit to San Fran. It was perfect timing because I needed a little sprucing up in my lady parts region. What can I say? Her review is a tad more discreet than mine....
Originally I was just planning on tagging along as we had dinner plans right after but I was delighted to make an impromptu appointment around the same time as hers. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who even offered me a special price of 1/2 off my first waxing. This deal only set me back less than $18 for a bikini wax. Unheard of, right?!?! What a killer deal.
The facility was clean and modern and my "waxer" Michelle was friendly and very professional. She explained each step and communicated throughout the process which made me very comfortable. Big thanks to her to for immediately pressing down each time on the freshly waxed spot as it helped subdue the pain. Trust me, when you have hair literally ripped from your flesh, every little bit helps! I have never had a waxer do this thoughtful step before and now I will request it.
The only reason that I am docking one star is because although everything went well during the wax, I did have several ingrown hairs post wax that I didn't experience in my wax just 6 weeks ago. I'm not blaming the waxer but without being able to go to EWC again anytime soon, I can't determine why that occurred.
Unfortunately, there isn't a EWC in Nashville yet but they have franchises in several states.
I would definitely suggest EWC to anyone seeking efficient, professional, and affordable waxing!Listed in: Travelin' (Wo)man, San Fran, Blissful Spa Services, Hair Be Gone

I think they do a really good job here.
Forgive me for not going into details, but I don't think anyone really wants to read that on yelp.
It's almost pain free, the place looks nice and clean, the people are professional and friendly. They use only hard wax here. Prices are really reasonable, and with my appointment I never have to wait around.
Elena does a wonderful job. It's much less painful than anywhere else. I usually dread going in, and nowadays I don't mind at all.
I would highly recommend it. It's totally worth the try especially with 1/2 off for certain services and free for others your very first time.
I am satisfied and will be sticking to this place and Elena. :) -

So they roped me in with their FREE first-time waxing deal, and I came in expecting the worst - if they were offering free waxes, they must be pretty bad, right? Instead, I got one of the cleanest, least painful waxes ever, and I've been going back ever since.
The amazing thing is I've been in three different times and had three different estheticians, but they've all been great! You always know if you're going to get your money's worth if they break out the tweezers and the little scissors to trim and spend extra time making sure your brows are fabulous.
In addition, they use hard wax, which hardens on your face before they pull it off, instead of using strips. It's much less painful than a typical wax. I preferred threading before, but that's probably the most painful method for me even though you get a great shape. Now, I get less pain with the same accuracy!
They're also super-accommodating. I always make my appointment last-minute, in between Trader Joe's and TJ Maxx runs, and I've always gotten an appointment within an hour. Since I haven't had a bad experience yet, I haven't had to worry who the esthetician will be.
At the very least, give it a try since your first time is FREE! -

The half-off promo for Brazilian waxing drew me in to the place and I've been a regular ever since. You can't beat the skill of the estheticians and the great results they produce for the very reasonable rates they offer! I feel I know what I'm talking about because I've tried several other waxing salons and they were good but not great. One place I went to gave good results but I didn't find the esthetician friendly and she totally downplayed the pain - it was my first time and totally painful! TLC is required for first-timers! The next place I tried I had a very sweet and friendly esthetician, her prices were low, and pain factor was on the lower side, but it was cash only which can be inconvenient and not all had been removed. The other couple of places I tried gave me pretty decent results but there was some left behind, pain factor was medium, and I felt that these estheticians were too "uppity" for me. Not to mention three of the four places charged $50-$60! Here it's $42, and they offer packages you can choose to buy that will save you some money. They also have a referral program so that you can get credit each time you refer someone.
As for my esthetician, I'm really happy with Veronica. I requested her based on reviews and am so glad I did! She looks young and has a sweet, high voice, but don't let it fool you! She's so good at what she does and she enjoys what she does as well. I love it when a hairstylist/makeup artist/esthetician is so skilled at what she does: has good technique, produces good results effortlessly and flawlessly, and is quick, and even better when they are friendly and someone you get along with, and that's Veronica! She manages to make an awkward situation not awkward at all, pain factor is low, and you're in and out in a jif and of course you get great results.
Veronica is on leave at the moment, so for my last appointment I requested Rose based on reviews. She was really sweet and talked me through what she was doing and when to take deep breaths, and she just overall made sure that my experience was satisfactory and as painless as possible. I was happy with the results from her waxing and would definitely see her again while Veronica's on leave.
I highly recommend this place. It's clean, prices are low, great hours, easy parking, they've got some great estheticians there, and the front desk staff is friendly and usually not too pushy about pushing packages or products. They made a mistake with scheduling one time and I was not totally happy with the way the manager handled it (basically he didn't handle it and even he was the one I spoke with to schedule the appointment), but it was just that one time. Would love it if their online scheduling system worked but other than that I am really happy with this place :) -

Less pain...I'm there!!!
Until the day I laser off my hair, I have decided that hard wax is my choice for a Brazilian. My waxer Veronica said that hard wax (the only type of wax the center is using) is better than soft wax because it sticks to the hair follicle and not to the skin, which means I would feel less pain while getting a Brazilian.
Less pain but not painless.
Not sure if it was the 2 tablets of pain killer I took beforehand but the experience was less painful than when it was done with soft wax. To say that it didn't hurt would be a joke. It still hurt in sensitive areas but it was less messy and not sticky like soft wax. Also using hard wax didn't leave my skin red, irritated, and bumpy.
Veronica was professional and knowledgeable. She removed all my hair in about 20mins.
The center was bright and clean. The front desk girl Kristina was friendly and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience and I loved it so much I bought a 12 visit package. The package is flexible without an expiration date so I'm in no pressure to use them up. -

Daly City, CA
My very first time here as well as my first time to get a brazilian. Ouch - I thought to myself "this is going to huuuuurt!"
My waxer was Rose and she is fantastic! She made conversation with me the entire time so I wouldn't concentrate on how much it may hurt. She coached me through and told me when to breathe.
The facility is very clean and classy looking. They use hard wax which is so much better than the strip wax. Hard wax only remove the hair. Strip wax remove skin along with hair and that's why most people bleed. =T
It is a little pricey for a wax but I don't mind it. I think I will be coming here for all my waxing needs. -

I can call myself a true European wax center now that i have loyally gone to only their centers for my waxing needs. While the waxer in Fremont was excellent, my waxer here Rose was par excellence, almost a manifestation of perfection!
I got my brazilian, my upper lip and my side burns waxed by her and she is truly an expert. She is also someone who is very polite and efficient. She won't take more time than she has to or talk unnecessarily but she will walk you through your brazilian, make sure that you are comfortable and ensure that you feel at your very best!
I can't thank her enough for her impeccable service. And like every other european center I have been to, this one has friendly staff and appealing decor.
When you have a European wax center near you, rest assured you don't have to look any further for your waxing needs.
PS:Did i forget to mention that I have been using their serum, which apart from smelling heavenly does prevent ingrown hair growth
