    These people are so friendly!
Every time we visit this place we get a very welcome feeling.
We have returned at least once per week for the last year.

Great breakfast bagels and other breakfast type meals.
So far i've tried a handful of things on the menu and they are all decent.

They make a mean Americano that tastes awesome.

It's a great spot to sit and relax, do some people watching on the drive and have a nice chat with the owners if they're not too busy.

    Definitely worth a visit.

    Meh

    Almost cold mocha.

Almost cold tuna melt.  I wouldn't have thought it possible to not be able to produce a decent tuna melt.   Minuscule-slice of cheese melted over a mound of (still) cold tuna.  Bagel barely even warm.

I was firm on my two star review even before I saw the overwhelming majority of yelpers like this place.

Is it because it is owned by small business? Because that alone should not excust the mould growing in the fruit basket.

I'm surry, I just don't get it.  they have a big selection of baked goods, none of which look delicious, really.
and the cheap breakfasts, which the table next to me ordered, looked no more than just some white tozt, sunny side up eggs and grease.
The table beside me left pretty disgusted with said plate.

I feel bad giving a local joint 2 stars but... there isn't even any CHARM to this place...

    and right.. the mould.

We come here every Sunday (well, most Sundays) because we grocery shop down the street. They know our names and that we order two americanos every time we come in. Their americanos are perfect and what I gauge all other americanos against.

If I haven't had an earlier breakfast (okay, so someday I will be wearing a muumuu), I get the regular breakfast. It comes with two eggs, bacon, homefries and toast. The yolks are runny and so I ration my toast, half for the eggs and the other half for the strawberry jam. The homefries are cooked wonderfully and taste even better with hot sauce. The bacon is more meat than fat (although I wouldn't mind if there was more fat).

Now if I already had a snack, there are wonderful breakfast bagels. I've tried the regular one with eggs and ham and the mexican one that has veggies and salsa on top of the eggs and ham. And you can choose what kind of bagel you want all of the goodness on. I choose the cheese ones. Also, if you're lucky, they have day old bagels... six for $2.

They also have a large assortment of baked goods. I haven't seen them in a while, but their coconut butter tarts are amazing, mainly because they are raisin-free. I had their butter tart square, but it's a little raisin heavy, so I have to spit them out... or shove them back in when my fiance isn't looking.

So my favorite foods involve anything that has cheese, eggs, and carbs. So, egg bagels are heavenly and Euro Bakery Cafe has a good selection of them!

You heard it from me. Eggy deliciousness on a bagel!

DE-licious... the Caliornian bagel sandwich (spinach, artichoke, sun-dried tomato and cheeese) was perfect. The wife had the breakfast (2 eggs, toast, hashbrowns and bacon) and happily ate every bite of it even though she probably has the smallest appetite in the world, so that proved it was good.

Coffee and newspaper reading very early in the afternoon on an overcast day in the neighbourhood... We almost stayed for another meal but thought we'd give up our booth to the next customers :)

This by far is my favorite cafe on The Drive. The food and service are great and there is quite a lot to choose from on the menu. I allways get a warm welcome when I go there. It's definitely worth checking out.

I love this place for two reasons - one I adore cafes, I've sampled good variety of offerings here and everything has been fab. Second, you will only hear European language spoken in here - if you've every spent an extended period of time in europe and miss it, this will bring you back... ah I love this place.
