I'm a fan of Ethan Allen furniture designs which matches my taste well. The quality is very high and yes a bit in the pricey side, which is expected with most pieces being hand made. I would give this side of my review a five star.
1) The customer service at the store is typical and the employees are not very knowledgeable obviously leaning more to the sales side. I would give this tree stars.
2) Wait for delivery can be very long. Six months wait for an $800.00 dollars lamp, my custom Mercedes took less than that.
3) An item that was estimated to be delivered within four months takes longer and NO ONE CONTACTS YOU and when you do, they give you attitude, so sad.
3) Customer service over the phone is trash treating you with a very disrespectful voice tone and careless attitude, even when asking them a simple question like order status can become long and problematic.
4) Delivery people are rude, and constantly swearing. They make you
feel like you're not good enough for them.
It's really sad because their Furniture designs are really good but unfortunately they have lost a customer.
