Long story short, went here with sister-in-law as she wanted to buy a couch she'd seen on their site. And from what I know, you need to spend more than a few thousand to get a couch out the doors of this store and into your home. That's ok, as my sis-in-law is a doctor and has enough cheddah to do so.
If only sales staff would speak to us.
We were a little younger than the other shoppers there, but that shouldn't make a difference. Even the girl at the front desk wouldn't look at us. After the SECOND older couple that came after us was served, we'd had enough and left. Only then did staff seem interested in helping us.
How much commission do you make on a $0 purchase, by the way?
