    Beauteous smoked meat heaven.

I have been guilty of ignoring our cities hidden treasure, this is good as it gets for smoked meat. Went in recently and my oh my, how my tastebuds leaped in joy whence they sampled, no became enveloped in mountains of smoked, tender deliciously licious meat! I had a blend of meats, some lean, some fatty. I also got the dijon on it, and a side of poutine. Not to mention the cherry coke that was staring at me from the cooler! The poutine is really great, squeaky curds and very flavorful gravy.

Did I mention the meat? Well, I'll do it again. It was a magical adventure in my mouth, and I didn't want it to end. I didn't care about the price, which was about $17 for the sandwich/poutine/pop because when you get food this good, its worth it. Everything is made from scratch here, I should add that!

Monsieur Estrella, I'll be back with the quickness.

I'd long heard about this place but I don't really eat much meat and sometimes it's just easier to go to the old faithful restaurants you know and love but for some reason today I decided to try them out!

The parking situation isn't great but I managed to find the last spot during lunch hour. I ordered poutine and their chicken vegetable soup for take-away and the wait wasn't any longer than 5 minutes and I was on my way. The drive felt longer than usual because the smell was amazing and it flooded my car and when I opened it up at work I was pleasantly impressed with the flavours. I'd definitely recommend it but if you're going with friends you might want to carpool so you might stand a chance at a spot. I'll also be recommending it for work when they require catering.

Amazing smoked meat, amazing poutine. Nearly better than what I had in Montreal, so that's saying a lot.

    This place ROCKS!

I rarely go to a place twice in one week, and if I eat somewhere in Langley twice in one week, it's got to be good!

I agree, this is definitely the best I've had outside of Montreal.  I also like the atmosphere better than the Montreal cafes so solid 5 stars.  Easy to read menu and you order your sandwich by the size (the medium with a side of fries or coleslaw is perfect for most people).  You pick your meat (lean, regular, or combo of both) and you pick your mustard (regular or Dijon) and whether you want a pickle or not.

It's a bit pricey for a sandwich place ($25 for 2 for lunch) but the atmosphere is great and very friendly.  One of the best smoked meat sandwiches that I've had in a LONG time!!

I`m not usually a fan of cured meats due to the saltiness but the smoked meat here was not salty at all! It was perfectly seasoned and so good! Got the small size with sauerkraut and medium marble with a cherry pepper. Bf got the medium lean cut with a pickle. Small was small, so would recommend the medium. Large would probably be too much. The rye bread was unreal! So soft, I ate every single crumb. The poutine was amazing but expensive- $6 for a small plate. Too bad cuz I could eat a vat of this yummy goodness. Altogether the lunch cost $25 for two of us. Check it out, you`ll love it.

Great little deli counter tucked away JUST off the beaten path.
Sure enough, their sandwiches come in S, M, L & XL.  I chose the Large and think based on size (and spend) I would have been fine with M.  With cole slaw and dill it came to just under $16.
I will say that you get what you pay for.  They know their smoked meat!  I was asked if I wanted lean or marbled and with or without dijon or regular mustard.  I had mine marbled with dijon (on rye bread of course).
Service is fast and friendly and my sandwich was in front of me even before I sat down.  You had to use 2 full hands to pick up 1/2 the sandwich.
My one (minor) wish was that they had pastrami - but I suppose I am fine with the old one thing & one thing (VERY) well (not to detract from the paninis or burgers as I am sure they are great too).
I will have to try the reuben next time!

WICKED Reuben. You can pick how much meat you want on it. It truly does melt in your mouth. It's bet best Montreal smoked meat that I've had in Vancouver - and it's in Langley :P.

As soon as I got my Reuben, I saw someone else with their poutine. I'm a poutine junkie so I got one too. Not as good as the sandwich, but still very tasty.

Definitely not a cheap lunch (I spent $20 or so on the sandwich, poutine, and a pop), but it is excellent! Plus free Wi-Fi!

A little awkward of a location so it's easy to drive past, but once you eat there you'll be hooked.

Absolutely outstanding sandwich!  If you go, you have to get the Montreal smoked meat.  Order it on sourdough with dijon and mustard and you are all set.  The meat is like butter and melts in your mouth.  It is very heavy/greasy, so bring the right appetite.  Service is good.  Price is to be expected.  Seating (and parking) is a limited inside, so you may have to wait.

This place is a must for lunch if you are in Langley!

Best Montreal smoke meat sandwich west of Montreal. They also have the best red peppers and slaw I have ever tasted. Well worth the trip to Langley.

Tasty tasty tasty is all I can say. The smoked meat sandwich is fantastic. The flavour is just as big if not bigger then these massive sandwiches. This is a great place to grab lunch, the food comes quick and the homemade fries are packed with favour.

The price for a quick sandwich is higher them a subway type but if you appreciate flavour and quality this is the spot.

As a Montrealer, I can honestly say that their Montreal Smoked Meat is as good as anything I've had in my hometown! Fries could be better but the gravy and cheese curds were a tasty addition. Great Kosher dills!

I have driven by and seen this place for like 2 years now, last weekend I finally decided to go in for lunch.  I loved it.  It is funny cause it is in an odd location and looks pretty unassuming from the outside, but, the inside is nicer than I thought and the food was tremendous.  I will be frequenting Estrella's now that I found out about this little jewel!  And, they had Cherry Coke!!!  I love the Montreal smoked meat sandwich, they have converted me!
