I wanted to post an update to my previous review. I only visit Espresso Planet to purchase Monin syrups (still haven't found another distributer in the GTA.... if you know of one, drop me a note) and on my most recent trip to stock up, I found many of the syrups on display had reached their expiration date or were close to it. I'm no syrup connoisseur, so I can't comment on just how drastic that is, but I wanted to bring it to any prospective buyer's attention. (The best before date is stamped on the neck of the bottle)

Horrible experience! Since it is a 45minutes drive for me to go there, I call first to inquired about the availability of the product telling her it was a long drive for me . The Lady confirm that the 2 last boxes she had where right on front of her and where both fine.
When I got there one of the box was is very poor condition. She try to quickly close the sale but I insist to open the boxes to verified the content and found that both spoons where missing from one of the box.
She didn't look surprise at all, didn't even apologized, and point out some every day glass "top seller" she said...
VERY dishonest lady, rude and unprofessional lady!
