Zaur Gassanov is the founder of Equilibrium Financial. He is a client focused Advisor with experience in management accounting, financial planning, information technology and performance optimization. In addition, he is also engaged by institutions in consulting capacity to provide expertise in capital planning, materials and inventory management, IT systems review and process optimization.
Zaur also has extensive experience in healthcare industry including:
- Project management experience on large scale projects (2 - 15 million)
- MIS Standards, OHRS, NRRS, CCRS, CMG+ Grouping Methodology and others.
Zaur is fluent in English and Russian and can converse in few other languages.
