    The WORST POSSIBLE.  We originally ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs from them at the beginning of February, while they were operating as Realtime Furniture.  A few days later we discovered their site was not online...it took awhile to track them down as their "new" business, EOS Modern.

    We didn't hear anything from them for weeks, and when I followed up, we find out the 6 chairs we originally ordered were now discontinued.  They only offered a store credit...but, there were NO other chairs we wanted.  (By the way, their email correspondence is HORRENDOUS.  One word, monosyllabic answers, that do not address ANY of the questions in the original email!!)  We were dealing with "Catherine Francis" - the sales manager (ha!) They insisted we HAD to pick something, and they would not give us a refund.  We found 6 other chairs in their "dining room chairs" section of their site, and they ordered them.  We were advised our table we ordered WAS in stock, and available.  When we originally signed up on their site, we received a 5% discount code for our first purchased.  They now tell us, that though the new chairs we ordered were less expensive, we can only have an instore credit for the difference LESS THE  ORIGINAL 5% DISCOUNT THEY GAVE US ON THE ENTIRE ORDER!  Apparently the new furniture (that we don't want) isn't part of their "coupon program" (haha!) -- the only disclaimer that came with their 5% off incentive was it was to be used within 30 days.  Despite the fact they have no stock of anything, and we're getting completely different set of furniture, that we DON'T WANT -- they won't REFUND anything.

    We wouldn't have ordered ANYTHING if we knew the table and chairs we wanted weren't avaiable (but, they did tell us they were).  Such a gong show!  After about 15 emails, she finally says they will issue a cheque, and deliver it with the furniture, for the full difference in cost of chairs (about $300).

    A couple MORE weeks pass, and we find out the chairs have arrived, but they no longer have our table.  She writes and says "we're sending you a different table, but it's nicer" -- no photo, no link, didn't even ask.  Just assumed we'd want it!  After about 8 requests for a photo, she finally sends us one from her cell phone...it's similar enough that we decided we would just take it -- we had out of town guests arriving and needed a table.  She confirmed we'd have it by the weekend, WITH our 6 chairs.  (Remember now, we aren't receiving either the table OR chairs we originally ordered).

    The table and chairs do not arrive that Friday as she confirmed...they were now going to come the following Tuesday, since they don't deliver on weekends or Mondays.  So, Tuesday arrives (we need to pay someone to receive the delivery, since we were leaving on a trip that day).  No table, no chairs.  After many followups (oh!  Also - they NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!) she finally confirms it will now be delivered on WEDNESDAY.  Which, it finally is.  However, the table arrives assembled, and the chairs arrive unassembled....but missing screws to assemble 2 of the 6 chairs.  And, no cheque for the difference in the cost of the chairs.  Apparently now, they're "mailing it" (it still hasn't arrived as of today!!)

    The table top is SCRATCHED AND DENTED.  It's not "new", it's a damaged floor model.  She never mentioned she was sending us a damaged, floor model, in lieu of the original table we ordered.  But she kept reminding us "it's worth more".  For a damaged, dented, scratched used table?  I'd hope not!  What's more - the chairs we WERE able to assemble - they're occassional chairs, not dining chairs, meaning when you sit in them, your chin is about the height of the table...impossible to sit in and eat!  However, they were advertised in the DINING ROOM CHAIRS section of the site, and when we chose these as the "replacement chairs" for the ones we ORIGINALLY ordered, no one bothered mentioning they were NOT adequate as dining room chairs.

    Her emails are SERIOUSLY one line replies - I'll ask 6 questions, and get a reply that doesn't address anything.  The questions I'm asking are specific, like "will you be in tomorrow and what are your store hours, so I can return the chairs" -- she'll reply "I will see what I can do about the table".

    We are SO FRUSTRATED.  We only want our money back, and possibly a little bit of customer service, possibly from someone who can read and respond to an email or phone call properly.

    Now, we're still waiting on confirmation for what they intend to do about the damaged table they sent us, and the misadvertised chairs that are appropriate for sitting at a low coffee table...not a dining room table.  

    Do not, ever, ever, ever, deal with this company, unless you have a few thousand dollars to waste, and enjoy playing the lottery with the furniture you pick -- because you won't get anything you order, and what you do order, you won't be able to use, or assemble.
