You can probably find less expensive options in Ottawa but in the Nepean area of town this is high quality place.
I've always found the staff here to be friendly and polite but I've had to wait sometimes, even when I had an appointment arranged which is a bit surprising because it's not a small place.
They have a huge selection of hair products and seem to focus just as much on displaying products as they do on getting people through the door for appointments. However, I don't find their staff to be too pushy when it comes to recommending anything.
I do, however, get annoyed with their marketing calls. I realize I did give them my phone number after my first appointment but they would call every few months with some automated marketing pitch which I thought was really annoying. I still gave them my business but I did mention something the last time I went that I was getting turned off by their calls.
When you first book an appointment request to be put on their do not call list if you don't want to receive those calls.
