I have encountered very few people in the auto-servicing industry that leave me happy after I pay them. Eugene was an exception. All I was hoping for before I went there (after reading yelp reviews) was that when I leave Eugene's house, my car works fine.
I got a lot more. Apart from allaying my fears about certain noises that were emanating from my car, Eugene gave me a 'G35-101.' I know a lot more about my car now and I am more confident of not getting cheated out of money for small services. I will consult him before I get anything done to my car, and so should you! -

It's that time again... maintenance. 60k service is what I'm here for today. I didn't need the full 60k service so he was delighted to help me with whatever it was that I needed. We discussed matters online, crossed items that was needed and not needed. I didn't have to think twice about my appointment today. I was glad to see him again since he took care of my rear brakes previously. There wasn't any other place that could beat his prices too! During process, he showed me what he was doing and was educating me on my car. He's also checking my spark plugs for drivetrain warranty. I feel safe with my car with his garage. You won't get this kind of experience anywhere else.

Much like everyone else here, I took my G35 to Eugene for maintenance work and came away extremely pleased with his level of skill and professionalism.
My thoughts echo the sentiments found in every other review, and demonstrate service that's consistently great.
Highlights:
1) Reasonable rates
2) Knowledgeable owner

Eugene's my new guru :) Typically did my oil changes at a local Nissan dealership near my work since despite their inflated costs, they were close by and had a shuttle to get me to work. But for my 30k maintenance service, I knew I wanted to get someone I absolutely trusted since it was going to be much more in terms of work done and also cost.
Found a recommendation for him on the G35driver forum although I have a 350z :] and it was a great thing I did. Very informative and thorough over the phone figuring out exactly what I needed and went through a whole explanation about different options and didn't try to pressure me into the most expensive stuff (unlike the hellspawn from the dealerships). Great guy to deal with, very good communication, and always answered my emails and calls promptly. I'll be going back to him when I need other stuff done. Thanks Eugene! -

I got my 15k service done with Eugene. He's knowledgeable, nice and polite. I learned much from him about my own car while he takes care of my car and I paid at least $200 than bringing it to the dealers and do all the extra small services that is completely not necessary.

If you own an Infiniti, there is a good chance you care about cars, and especially YOUR car. That's why I'll never let anyone but Eugene touch my '07 G35 again.
He has care, detail, and expertise unlike you will ever come across at your standard service center or the dealership for that matter. I have been to him for an oil change and my 30K service and each time he treated my car as if it was his own.
And for the ladies out there - I know auto service can't be somewhat daunting. I'm not saying the "clueless" stereotype is correct, but we are often treated as if we are and at times taken advantage of. Eugene talked over everything with me giving complete explanations and not some automotive fast talk. He allowed me to weight my options so I could decide what I felt was best. Plus his advice offered me performance enhancements and cost savings.
I just feel bad for all those folks without an Infiniti who will have to search long and hard for their own Eugene out there. -

Eugene did my 60k on my 2005 g35 coupe and I'm very satisfied with his work. Not only did he did a wonderful job on my car, he made me aware of issues that my warranty covers. He picked me up from the BART station and we did a test drive before i left. He pays very close attention to detail which you will not find with the stealership!

Eugene did a 30/60k tuneup on my g35 2003 coupe and he did a great job. I had about 70k so he did the oil change, flushed all the fluids, ATF, changed the belts. He also helped me check the spark plugs for the tube leak. I also hung out there with him the whole time and he showed me everything he did.

Eugene has done a couple of jobs on my car so far, namely Oil change and replacing the brake pads/rotors.
Here are the advantages of taking the car to Eugene for me:
1. He knows what he's doing!
2. He cares about what he's doing!
3. His prices are very reasonable
4. I learn a lot when i go there and watch him do the job
5. I don't have to drive far to the dealership
He is very personable and that makes the whole exprience a lot of fun!
I totally recommend him! -

The starter on my Infiniti I30 went dead and he drove me to get a new one and replaced it the same afternoon! Watching him work I realized how much he really loves what he does and his attention to details is really born out of a deep appreciation for the cars. I am definitely going to turn to Eugene for future services.

I have known Eugene for many years as both a personal friend and as a fellow car enthusiast. He is a very detail oriented individual who has a passion for perfection when it comes to automotive repair.
