How can I give ZERO STARS because this location is not worthy of a STAR.
To all you potential Car Renters please BEWARE OF LOCATION MANAGER NAMED TOM HUDSON. He is the worst location manager that Enterprise has on their PAYROLL SYSTEM.
We rented a vehicle from this Location for 13 days. During the duration of the Car Rental Agreement I went back to Enterprise to exchange the car (Specified to the Sales Rep that I needed a car in the same price range that has Central Lock, so my kids are not tempted to open the doors while I was driving).
The exchange went well so I thought until I called the location to find out what my final bill was. I was horrified & shocked to find out that this location had over charged me by $91.00. When I raised the issue with the Location Manager named Tom Hudson he had the nerve to say to me that "Why am I huffing & puffing over $61.00" Excuse me Mr Big Shot Manager how dare you tell a client such "nonsense" where did Enterprise find this guy. (Having basic Math skills would be an added BONUS for Tom Hudson)
He insulted, mocked and belittled me during the 9:00 minute phone conversation I had with me & in retaliation to his insults I raised my voice at him. I will not "let it go" until I get my money back that this Mississauga Location stole from me.
