I want to shout out the manager of this location for the compassion and patience that he had. The manager, who helped me through the rental process did the best in informing me at every stage what the rental process would look like, what to expect and I liked that. In addition he was very accommodating to the circumstances that challenged me and I'm truly grateful. The staff at this branch were helpful and all around very good at what they do. Thanks again enterprise team !

My review is for 3.5 stars, but I will round up.
I have rented a car from this location twice. Both times, I needed a car to get me around because my own car had to be serviced at a body shop.
The first time was years ago when I owned a Prius. A City of Toronto truck rear-ended my car on Highway 27, just south of Humber College. There was already an accident on the shoulder, the guy driving behind me got too distracted, and plowed into my vehicle when all other cars around me were stopped. My car's trunk was damaged.
This time around, someone had sideswiped my car that was parked in a parking lot when I was doing grocery shopping. It was considered a hit-and-run incident. There were scratches to the rear driver-side door and scratches on the body above the rear tire.
In both cases, Enterprise was my rental place. The first time, I was taken care of and drove a Dodge Caliber for a week. It was comfortable and did the job. Everyone was nice. I especially enjoyed my conversation with the driver as he drove me over to the Toyota body shop back then.
This time, my car was being fixed at Assured. Last Wednesday, Assured called Enterprise to pick me up. The delay was noticeable. Dave, my representative at Assured, called Enterprise again, which is no more than three minutes away by car. Moments later, the person came to pick me up.
Frankly, this driver rubbed me the wrong way right off the bat. He fired questions left, right, and anywhere he could. "What's wrong with your car? Were you injured? What do you drive? Why didn't you stick with a Prius?"
It wasn't a conversation. It was an interrogation by a young guy, probably still in his 20's, who needs to grow and learn the art of both talking and listening.
He did manage to drive me over to Enterprise. I went into the place and talked to two other representative, who also asked me the same questions:
- What happened?
- Are you okay?
Seriously, why couldn't the third guy, who didn't deal with me at all, start a conversation with me with the same questions that his colleague had just asked me three minutes ago? He was there with his colleague during the whole time! I politely said that I am sounding like a broken record and my answers need to be recorded, but still answered him.
Tip to Enterprise: Have the guy getting my car rental set up ask me questions. I don't need three Enterprise guys asking me the same questions. Start a conversation. Ask what I do for a living or what I like to eat.
We went outside to see my rental car, which was a Nissan Sentra. There were paint chips around the trunk area. I liked how the representative didn't note my comment until the third time I said it. Ah, fun!
Anyway, I drove off. It's a good car. It's roomy for a 5'10" woman.
I returned the car this morning, as my car was ready for pickup. I had a better experience today.
First, I talked to one Enterprise representative. He was young, but his rapport was perfect. Second, the person driving me back was older, was courteous (he opened the door for me to my rental car, but the passenger side, which was a pleasant surprise), and we had a nice conversation over to Assured. He also had to adjust the driver side, as I am taller that he.
I hope that I don't rent from Enterprise again in the near future, for that means that something's wrong with my car. When there are issues with my car and it has to stay at the shop for a bit, Enterprise is a decent place to get a rental car.

A nice small Enterprise location. A little north of Woodbine and Steeles. Staff are very professional and nice.
The car wasn't that great. Only came here because I needed a rental car after a car accident.
I'll write an updated review as time goes on and after returning the car.

My girlfriend and wife to-be lives in Montreal. For those of you who do not know, Montreal is one of the most beautiful places in the world and I am disappointed that it is not listed as one of the wonders of the world. I live in Toronto and most, if not everyone I know, feel that distance makes: out of sight, out of mind. I say that distance makes the heart grow fonder. It seems that I have all the odds against me, but somehow the love between us has the power of making impossible becomes possible.
While flying and driving are the two options, the latter being the somewhat cheaper alternative, I have to partner with a rental car company. Second nature automatically goes to the PPP, product, price, people. I'd like to add another "P" for place, since the Enterprise location is conveniently located from where I work. Like in most businesses, saying that competition is fierce, is an understatement, and somehow Enterprise has packaged itself to have all the 3P elements fit nicely into my comfort zone. With my accounting background, every business decision hits the cost benefit analysis, renting from Enterprise is no exception. I can vouch for renting from every rental company located in Toronto, and with the process of elimination, Enterprise is not a bad choice. Even though I am attracted to airmiles or points, like bears are attracted to honey, I sometimes reflect on what is this additional element that keeps me coming back to Enterprise (which does not offer airmiles) every so often. I think that I may now have figured this out ... customer loyalty. It's something earned, not bought. You will never get a smile when booking face to face, but the price is very competitive.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Megha S.Toronto, ON44598Nov 14, 2016

Enterprise sure knows how to give a good deal. I used to rent cars for weekends to take road trips to see family, friends, etc. They had deals where I could rent a car for only $9.99/day. If you aren't using your car every day, then this could be even cheaper! If you are located near a enterprise location, then it is so easy to pickup and drop off the car. They have you in and out in minutes. Make sure that you book online before picking up a car because they may be sold out. When renting a car, I don't look anywhere else. They also have good weekly and monthly rates as well.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. We went to Enterprise Rental Car today to rent a car. We had a reservation. Went there at the requested time. They took our information. And told us to take a seat. After waiting for 20 minutes, we inquired as to the status to our car. We were then told that they had no cars, cars were supposedly coming and to sit and down a wait like everyone else. We soon after realized that no cars were coming, they were looking for cars and calling around and asked if we wanted a pickup or a minivan. Neither car, I felt comfortable driving especially with a baby in the back. When we expressed our frustration at waiting so long with no car availability, we were rudely dismissed and basically told to shut up and sit down. No apologies were given. No attempt to even rectify the situation. I have never been treated so poorly and rudely and I have been renting from various Enterprise locations all over the US and Canada for the past 20 years. We ultimately left without a car and now I am back at my computer to make another reservation elsewhere.
