Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great auto rental experience, and fantastic service from Gagan and Anurag! They didn't have enough staff on the weekend when I was picking up my rental, so they kindly reimbursed my Uber fare. The SUV that they rented out to me was just what I needed for the long weekend drive to Whistler, and felt thoroughly comfortable driving in the snowy and bumpy mountain roads. Having seat warmers and a steering wheel warmer in the sub-zero temperatures was a big plus! Wonderful chatty ride with Moe who dropped me back home at the conclusion of my trip. Enterprise is the best, and seldom have they disappointed in my 8 years of renting their cars in the US and Canada!

Had our car totalled in accident and rented a car here. Dealt with Dante Babin and his service was OUTSTANDING. We need more service industry people like Dante!!

I felt kinda scammed with the advertising at Enterprise Rent a Car. $20 renting a car for a day during the weekends but they don't advertise how much insurance is. They also don't let you know that your credit card might have insurance on it. If i was told this earlier, i may have saved myself 60$ in insurance.

Yes, they pick you up, they even can drop you off after your rental, but i just felt like i was ripped off when they said that insurance was mandatory. It was after I returned the car, another agent was able to explain to me what type of documents were needed to waive the insurance.

Definitely won't be a repeat customer.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life here. We rented a van for 3 months that was due July 1 (Canada Day). I called ahead to plan returning the van, since I figured they would be closed for the holiday. The person I talked to said it would be fine for us to drop the key in the drop box on Canada day, and that we would not be penalized for return on a holiday, since the contract ended July 1. We were mysteriously charged for a rental from June 29 to July 2. When I talked to the manager (after calling 4x) she said the information I was given initially was wrong, and that we needed to return it on a day the office was open to avoid fees.

What really doesn't make sense, is that we paid to rent the van initially through July 1, so we had to pay 2x for June 29, 30 and July 1. We literally were being charged for those days 2x! The manager reduced the fee after I talked with her, but then failed to actually follow-through and email me the new cost. We were given the wrong information, over-charged, and then completely left hanging about the cost of the new bill. This place was such a scam!

This one is excellent. Professional and welcome. I prefer to pay more than to go to budget. I have just one thing to say: my car had a minor problem but when I stopped, there was a light on the instrument panel. I recommend this branch.

While returning the car my child forgot her phone in the car. Not only did they claim to have found nothing, they blamed it on the next renter that might have taken the phone. I thought there was an inspection policy that they had to ensure the next renter had a good car. Talk about terrible service and dishonest employees. Will never come to this company again. Warning everyone to stay away.

Shady business practices beware! I was given a loaner truck through enterprise as mine was at the auto body shop. I received a phone call on the morning after picking it up telling me I needed to return the truck and switch it out for another one as they had a reservation on the one they loaned me. Upon arriving at the location with the truck I was informed they did not and would not have another vehicle for me. I was with my 6 year old child who had no coat even and it had started to rain (we were thinking we were just running the truck back and coming right home!) I inquired how I was expected to get home and got a "tough luck not our problem" response. We literally were left to walk home! Absolutely appalling customer service no apology no offer to call another location nothing! I have rented from enterprise in the past and had good experiences but needless to say I will NEVER use their services again. I will spread the word as well this was completely unacceptable. Oh ya and the real kicker? They had given me the truck with an empty tank of gas and I had just gone and filled it up the night before. No compensation on my $90 or anything.
