Randomly found this gem after a nice lunch downtown London, Ontario.
We were looking for the perfect piece of jewelery as a gift in celebration of a big milestone. After admiring all the beautiful pieces on display in the store, Kevin let us browse through his picture album of custom-designed pieces. We still didn't find exactly what we were looking for, but based on our comments, he was able to design something for us right then and there! He drew us the perfect piece.
Of course, we were wondering how much he was going to charge for this, being custom and all. Surprisingly, it was very reasonable, about one fifth of what we had budgeted! No negotiating required.
At the time, he was actually working on a similar piece for another customer - different size, different colour, but very similar. He suggested that we wait to see this piece before we decided on going with this design. We were worried that we wouldn't be giving him enough time to start and finish the piece before our deadline, but he assured us that we had plenty of time to make a decision.
When he called us to let us know the other customer's piece was ready and in the store for us to see, we weren't living in London. So with our busy schedules it took us over a week to get there. He didn't mind one bit and still waited for us to come in before calling his other customer to pick up the piece. As expected, it was exactly what we were looking for, with slight adjustments to size and colour.
The final product was ready much earlier than expected. The recipient was truly touched and loves the piece. She wears it every single day.
Buying custom jewelery can be a scary process, but Endo made the entire process a breeze! -

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A JEWELER!! I brought my rings in to be sized since he offered a pretty great price. They were all white gold rings and he charged $25/each. I had to change the rings from a size 7 (that they came) to a size 5. When I finally got my rings back, they were RUINED! He had basically shaved them down completely, left the band 1/3 the original size around, scratches everywhere, left a point where he had melted the band back together, didn't even make it a real size, managed to completely destroy the band make it not straight and I'm not even sure he re-dipped the ring because it was no longer white gold but looked like a mix between white gold, yellow gold and tarnish. He did this to all of my rings, but did it the WORST to my most expensive one. I had to bring the rings to another jeweler who was SHOCKED at what he saw. He had to completely replace most of the band on my one ring, re-dip it and made it look good as new - only thing is that to fix everything Endo Jewelers did to my ring, it cost me 5 times what it would have cost to get it sized there in the first place. I only had one fixed so far because it was expensive but I have 2 more to do. I was so upset and thought I would never be able to fix my rings again. This experience is my sole reason for making an account - so no one else has the same horrible experience with Kevin (jeweler) that I did. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AND DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE BRING ANY JEWELRY HERE!
