I am not sure what the ad to the two previous reviews. You really have to stand out in this business especially if you are wanting repeat customer.
It seems Encore has missed the mark here. I do not want to say walk on by, but do not go out of your way for this place.
The exterior does not match the interior, too bad though. -

One would assume from looking at the lime green storefront complete with bright yellow door, that Encore has stowed away many a wardrobe treasure, simply waiting to be claimed.
Unfortunately, once you're inside, you realize that Encore is a pretty typical consignment shop. They offer a lot of clothing at cheap prices. I personally think that Encore would benefit from a pretty big facelift! Second hand clothing need not be dowdy and work oriented. You can find all sorts of unique items at a well-run consignment shop!
Having said that, stop by Encore if you are in need of some semi-professional looking work staples. Tommy Hilfiger dress shirts were available for $18, which is probably cheap enough to get a few of you in! -

This one is not for me. With three of maybe four consignment shops in a row you would think that there would some friendly competition. Well I can say this is not a winner for me and it had nothing to do with the cloths in it.
The store itself was not that bad and the selection was ok as I am looking for a worked in nice leather purse. I am talking more about service as I did not even get a hello when I walked in I think it was more of a look over the glasses. Oh what is that called sizing someone up?
I think Shawna said it best the bright cheery outside does not match the inside.
