My hubby told me to give them a 2/5 as he did not have a pleasant experience with them at the end. Overall, I felt it was a 3.
I left this to the end for our list of things to do as there was a lot of competition. In fact I did not even want a limo. The expense is a tad high for only a few hours! I must say however, we made a good decision in the end as it looked great in the photos & video.
I remember getting the quote $ 899 (HST included) for a 14 passenger navigator and thought omg... I better be friggin enchanted. Anyhow it served its purpose. Driving us from home to church to venue & looking good in the process.
The most important thing for us was that the limo arrived on time as our morning was super tight. They arrived promptly so we were thankful. Unfortunately the aircon was broken so they had another limo come in. It wasn't a big issue for me but my hubby was a little annoyed.
He was more annoyed after when they dropped us off at the venue & he had to deal w/ the bill. Hubby had already given this information over the phone. But they did not tell him to have his card with him on the day so he did not have it on him... the driver made a BIG fuss. I'm not sure exactly what happend but the bestman told me the driver was apologetic after.
Good note... the inside was clean, there was champagne, red carpet service, iced water, white glove service...It wasn't too bad for me, but I still think all limo companies charge too much!
