Emilio Finatti's qualifies as the best pizza I have ever eaten. Period. This pizza is so ridiculously good, that it is ridiculous. Thin crust made from Alberta wheat, honey drizzled on top with sesame seeds - and that is just the crust!!!
The toppings are all FRESH. Gourmet veggies, meats, and cheeses all on the best crust you have ever tasted. I'm pretty sure that is the equation for the best pizza ever.
I know, this is in White Rock and a bit of a trek from Vancouver... But, if you live in White Rock or feel like making the trip - this is the spot for pizza parteeezzz!
(Oh, and be sure to get Chèvre cheese on top!)
(Oh, and be fun and build your own toppings!) -

To be clear, I can't eat the wheat. There was a point in time when I could; but somehow, sometime, somewhere along the long line that is my life, I developed an allergy. So how can I review a pizza joint that does not offer a gluten-free option?
THE TOPPINGS, people. It's almost embarrassing to admit, but I have no shame when it comes to scraping the freshest, gooiest, most flavourful goodness from the few slices I steal from my man-friends pie. Emilio does some fiiiine toppings. The meats are perfect, the chèvre is divine, the veggies are all grilled to a lovely glistening form of godliness, and the sauce -- ohmaaan the sauce -- is off. the hook.
Thin crust, honey drizzled, sesame seeds? Ugh, Emilio Finatti! Make me a damn gluten-free pie already!
SO worth a stop if you ever find yourself wandering the mean streets of White Rock.Listed in: We're Not In Vancouver Anymore, Pizza Party

Tried this place the other day when we were searching for a delivery. Great food and now a favorite. Cupcakes are better than other famous places because they don't load up on icing. Good balance. Food is fresh and service was great.

Delicious thin based pizza with plenty of varieties to choose from and relatively cheap as well.

Pimpin' pizza!
I had been to this same location many years ago, but it was called Gangster Pizza then. Now its a Sicilian style place, hmmmm.
I had an al carne pizza loaded with meats, most of which were spicy, which I loved. I also got a al grecian which was very good, but I preferred the carne.
What I liked about this place was that the ingredients were top notch, a very very nice thin crust, which was finished with honey butter and sesame seeds. Loved it! Their drink case also had a good assortment of stuff you don't usually see, for example I walked out with a Tamarind flavoured Jarritos drink from Mexico.. so good!
I'll be going back if I happen to be in White Rock anytime soon..
