I'll just start off by saying that i've taken clothes to Elizabeth's for years! She was always super prompt and charged a fair price. Her tailoring business essentially operated out of a coat closet, but she was highly organized and generally just a sweet lady. Not so anymore... Sadly, Elizabeth seems to have sold her Tailoring shop, and the results aren't good.
I will give you a few details as to how this operation seems to have changed. First off- I was a little put off by the new owners over use of the terms 'sweetie' and 'honey' - you don't want to feel creeped out by the middle aged man taking your measurements... The other disappointment was that my clothes were not ready for the pick up date I had been told... on top of this, I had to try the pants on again so he could measure the hem and while I waited for him to come measure me, he got into an altercation with another customer that ended with him asking her to leave and never come back. Awkward! - All in all, this place was great when it was Elizabeth's Tailoring shop but it isn't anymore and I think i'll be trying out new tailors in future.
