Dr. Lai is very friendly and knowledgable and was running right on time. I had the most thorough eye exam ever! Her staff were pleasant and efficient and I was very satisfied with my experience there. Highly recommended!

All About Eyecare opened in August 2008, offering convenient hours and parking at the Sobeys plaza in Bedford. We offer comprehensive routine eye examinations for all ages and also accept eye emergencies such as red eyes. We offer consultations for laser refractive surgery and for the newest and most comfortable contact lenses. We use modern technology to detect eye diseases early on to help prevent vision loss.
Meet the Business Owner: Elizabeth L.
Dr. Elizabeth Lai grew up in Barrie, Ontario where she lived and worked at her parents' fruit market and garden center. Over the years, a lot of the customers saw her grow up there and got to know her family well. It was the hard work that Elizabeth put into her parents' store that enabled her to study hard to get into the competitive Optometry program at the University of Waterloo. It also gave her the ambition to open her own optometry office one day. Elizabeth also learned that she liked helping people and interacting with them. And this is why she loves being an Optometrist. She really enjoys getting to know her patients and makes it her mission to solve all of their vision problems.
