I stayed here last weekend due to the reviews and the cute pictures. This is one of the best decisions I made. This place was amazing. Gorgeous and cute. I felt like I was in the country with all the shabby chic decor. The best part was the breakfast. It was gourmet three course meal served in the cutest dining room ever. My absolute favorite part was the servingware. Vintage teacups, saucers, plates, cute sugar bowls, fancy forks, vintage juice glasses, things in carafes. lace table clothes and crochet napkins. All the while, a fire was lit in the fireplace. I felt like I was Alice in Wonderland. There is so much attention to detail. It made me extremely happy. The rates were comparable to the fanciest of hotels but with incredible personable service. We also arrived incredibly late, and they stayed up to greet us. And when we made a mistake about the checkout time, they let us check out several hours after so we wouldn't be late to our massage appointments. If I ever come back to Niagara, this is the only place I will wish to stay. Listed below are a list of other things I loved about the place.

    Free Parking
    Really good wifi
    Christmas lights on the trees
    Cute sun room
    Beautiful Curtains
Stayed in Room 2, the best one in my opinion
Lovely little sofas and seats everywhere
Bathroom in room 2 was very spacious and had everything we needed (hair dryer, shampoos)
Room 2 had a sun patio
Debbie and Perry had the best service!
    Lovely bed linens
    Cute little bunny statues everywhere
    Old vintage light switches
Two antique knight's armors in the house
The most beautiful collection of tea cups ev er
Really close to the falls! So close, you can walk if you don't want to pay for parking

One of the best Bed and Breakfast I have visited till date. The Innkeepers Debby and Perry are very caring and will make sure that you feel at home.Full breakfast is served daily. It is located in the area before the Niagara River is churned into the Falls, the Inn is close to Niagara Falls State Park. The whole property is very well maintained.
Make sure to relax by the fireplace in the living room. The breakfast was awesome and specially the fresh Jalapenos from Debby's backyard.

Debby goes all the way to make sure that the guests are very well taken care of.She will make sure that you have a wonderful stay.I had trouble getting a cab from Niagara to Bufffalo for an early morning flight.Debby helped me out by making his friend drop me to the airport.

Will definately suggest everybody to stay at Elizabeth House whenver visiting Niagara.

We never tried B&B before and I think we were extremely lucky that our first experience was so unbelievably good! You won't be able to find a single negative thing to say or think about it! Everything was so perfect. I loved the atmosphere in this historic house, beds were so comfortable we just dropped dead asleep. The breakfast was so aristocratic and yummy-yummy, best ever! You can't ask for more hospitable and lovely owners than Perry and Debby. Oh, and the dogs! Kids love them! Didn't want to leave, too bad had to! 1000% recommended! I already feel jealous you are going to be there soon )) Oh, and didn't I mention it's within walking distance from The Falls?

Love it love it love it! Would never trade it for any fancy hotel there is. So much personality and love and warmth.

I was lucky enough to have stayed at the Hillcrest Inn the night before but sadly they were out of room so we got a room at Elizabeth house. For starters Elizabeth house MOVED our bags over to our room while we were out on the town and they stayed open until we could get back! The Bed was oh so nice and the breakfast was also very good. I am very happy we were forced to try here as well as it gave us a great perspective on the two. In summary they were both fantastic
