4 stars for the massage and 3 stars for the spa facilities, rounded up. An hour into battling the utter craziness that was Union Square the day after Christmas, a light shined down upon the Elizabeth Arden Spa sign, and our shopping plans were history. I had been to the Red Door in NYC and Phoenix, and knew that it would be a nice spa with good masseuses...and it lived up to expectations, although this location was teeny tiny and no-frills in comparison. There was no jacuzzi or sauna, which was kind of a bummer, and just one sink and shower in the cramped locker room. But both my sister and I had awesome deep-tissue massages. I was hurting after a hike on Mt. Tam the day before, and Joy worked her magic on my sore muscles. She used a nice lavender oil and would move a heated pad around the body to warm the area up before working on it. It was a good experience, and one that I would revisit next time I'm in the city.

Just learned my favorite aesthetician, Sonia, is no longer with Red Door. I've been a customer since 2008! :-/

Giving this spa a five because I just had the BEST MASSAGE EVER by Joy, who happens to be the lead masseuse. I got the signature red door massage.
From start to finish, the massage was a great experience. Joy encourages you to take deep breaths at the right points, which just makes your body more relaxed and open to the massage. The pressure was perfect and she managed to get some of the crunchiness out of the left side of my body, which she says felt quite tense.
I just loved the way her hands swirled around, it felt almost magical. Wow, I sound like some cheesy infomercial, but I assure you, I paid out of my own pocket for this pricey experience =/. I like how she gave my hands and feet a lot of attention as well; I feel like a lot of the time, our hands and palms get left out of full-body massages.
The creams that were used were perfect -- some butter shea cream smeared all over in the beginning and later on I had this cooling gel massaged onto my legs for a refreshing feel as well as to "mend broken capillaries" (kinda skeptical about the capillary claim.)
Just all around a really great massage, and I will definitely be back whenever it's time for another indulgence. Don't see anyone else but Joy! I've been to Red Door Spa once and was set up with a Japanese Masseuse Tomoko...but Joy is wayyy better!!! -
Review from Carrie S.
I came here with a gift card, wanting the time saver facial, manicure, and make up application.
I really wanted to do a pedicure, so when I stopped in, I got a little push back from the receptionist about changing it to a pedicure. After standing on my feet at a convention in 3 inch heels for 2 days straight, my toes needed some TLC. She said she could not accommodate me, but, after I told her I had gel polish on my finger nails, she told me it would be another $20.00 to remove that polish. You can imagine my response (Seriously??). So, after I started to get a little snippy, she did manage to change it to a pedicure.
The services themselves were MUCH better. My facial with Irina was amazing. She was great. The makeup application was much to be desired, as she colored in my eyebrows like I was Russian, instead of a blonde from Minnesota. However, the quality of the facial made up for the bushy brows I walked away with.
The pedicure was one of the best I have ever had, and the technician was super friendly and great to be around.
This is not the most polished Arden salon I have been in, but it was nice for someone who needed a small break from reality and some pampering. -

Oh Red Door! So much to love about you, but a few things could be better.
Had an amazing facial with Jennifer, with great massage. Just feels like the hands are gliding over your face. She analyzed my skin, did extractions in a gentle but efficient way and ended with a treatment mask. She had some product recommendations, but not a super hard sell which was nice.
Also got Gel Mani from Linda! One of the best gel mani's out there. The going rate for the gel mani in he fidi is $46, so you might well get the star treatment at the red door. A word to the wise they do charge for the soak off if you haven't gotten it done there before and it will take a full hour. Linda does such a nice job removing the gel, so you dont feel like your whole nail bed got scraped off and her paint job is amazeballs! She gets is sooo low that it really makes the outgrowth bearable.
On the needs improvement side, they are due for a makeover at the spa. Locker room s not as cush as other salons for the same price, but the work here is great. -

I like a spa day as much as any other girl out there and I've been here twice with my girlfriends. Their waiting area to be called for services can be small. They do have a quiet room but they don't utilize that room as much I think. They offer water or tea as you wait. I do like their long robes as well.
I've gotten facials with Jennifer and she is quite good but I would say that the extractions I was expecting were not aggressive enough for me. I hate it when they do an extraction and then a couple of days later, the white head actually comes out. All in all though, it was an enjoyable experience if you do not have serious skin issues to solve. It was quite pampering.
I will have to check out their hair salon and mani/pedi services. -

Went here a couple weeks ago for a facial with Irina. Irina was very gentle and soft spoken. She has the most beautiful skin I have ever seen so I had high expectations! The spa itself is very zen-like and very dark... too dark in my opinion! The facial & massage was really nice, Irina definitely know what she's doing cause my skin felt great afterward. The only thing I didn't like was the exfoliating cream she used, I felt it was a little too rough and that it was scratching my skin, but my skin still looks & feels awesome so I would def come back again!

Review from Cassy R.
I tried Red Door Spa out as a spa during spa week. I booked the $50 stress buster. The treatment is a scrub, wrap and then reflexology and neck/shoulder massage. The review is mixed because a few things were great and the rest was a major fail.
5 stars
Ben, my service specialist...or whatever you'd like to call them, was awesome. He gets a 5 stars. The front desk was also great, they get a 5 star.
1 star
As I said, the scrub and wrap were lame. The scrub was only done with dry gloves, no exfoliating oil scrub after. Plus, they didn't do my stomach, inner thighs, glutes (that's always an iffy one but I would like it smooth too) and they didn't do the collarbone area. The wrap was also lame. They didn't cocoon you, just closed the foil around your arms and legs with a long towel over your torso. No warm blanket to follow. I didn't sweat at all. Part of the joy of a wrap is sweating out those toxins. Plus, they wrapped you up in oil. WTF? Oil doesn't do anything but seal in moisture, and you didn't put any on me after you scrubbed me, and it smells good? No after wards lotion either?
2 stars
The spa facilities, the shower/locker room, is tiny but beautiful. It's only a 2 stars though because although EA has an entire facial line there wasn't a single product in their to cleanse my face or moisturize it. Ridiculous. Plus, as I was standing there in my state of zen, slowly pulling on my clothes a lady started blow drying her hair, no problem there right? Wrong..there is only about 5 ft from the blow dryer and the lockers and it was soo loud and disruptive to me I was ripped out of zen into annoyance. Come on guys...think of the entire spa experience from start to finish will ya! -

Desperately in need of a haircut - like really, really desperate - I asked the bespectacled dude behind the desk at the hotel I was staying at if he knew of a good place for me to get a trim short-notice on a Sunday afternoon. After digging around a bit, he gave me the name and number of The Red Door Spa. Of course, my first reaction was "Oh! They are going to make me look like an old lady!" Then I gave into my second reaction, which was "Who cares? I look like poop." So I called, and they were able to fit me in a mere 2 hours later.
Feeling a little nervous, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Daisy, who was in charge of gussying me up for the day. After chatting with her for a few minutes, I relaxed - she knew exactly what I wanted.
After a heavenly head massage over the ol' shampoo bowl, she got to work. I didn't even look up from my trashy gossip magazines once to check the progress. And before I got to find out who the Fashion Police were trashing that week, she was done and I looked sweet.
This place totally surprised me with their service and skills, but the best part of it was the bill. $50 for a haircut at a lovely salon in SF? Sold!Listed in: Uptown Adventures

Maybe I'm biased because my friend works here, or because my haircolor came free of charge (I was hair modeling), but I enjoyed my experience at the Red Door. First, I don't need a cozy little froofroo salon with orchid lily floral arrangements and bossa nova on the radio. I like things quiet, with a bare aesthetic. And this was perfect. They had some sort of unobtrusive New Age music on the stereo at a very low volume, and other than the soothing sounds of Union Square traffic coming from 4 floors below, there wasn't much noise. They serve nice refreshments - tea, water with cucumber slices, chocolates.
My colorist, Kati, was fantastic. Not chatty at all, she was petite and had cute blue-black cropped hair. She did a fantastic job coloring my hair using some new technique of bleaching layers, as opposed to strands. I now have "anime" hair that looks like there is a spotlight following me around and making my hair glow red. I love it to bits. The color used was extremely gentle, and Kati had a sure touch and knew exactly what she was doing.
I don't know about the pedicures or facials in this place - I don't go in for that stuff, somehow I still haven't hit that stage where I feel that sort of spa treatment is a necessary splurge for me. But I can tell you that if you want to get a nice haircolor in a pleasant, relaxing environment, this is pretty great. I was able to read my book while waiting for my foile wrapped strands to soak in the color, and I was just left to my own devices. I hate annoying mother hen type of stylists who have to find out everything about you, from your favorite color to your dog's blood type. -

I've been to this spa twice. I'm not one for massages, but I love the hydrotherapy aroma baths. The first time here, it was wonderful. Very relaxing. Candles, soft music, and nice cool glass of lemon water. Really nice and attentive, but not invasive service. Sigh...
Cut to second and last visit. They didn't tell me until I was about to stick my leg into the tub that they were having problems with their heating, so the water was only warm, not hot. The woman gave me a hard time for wearing a bikini - uh, maybe you should leave your paying customer alone? I was stressed, so I stayed for the bath anyway. Turns out not all the jets in the tub were working properly either. This time, there were candles, but no music. What happened??? And instead of the soft tap on the door to let me know that my time was up, the woman came back banging on it.
Still got charged for the full amount, even though I complained about the water and the lack of warning before I took off from work early to get there. -

It is spa week 2008 and I saw that the Red Door was offering body melts..I was intrigued. I've had body scrubs before but wasn't sure what was involved with a body melt--I was in for a treat!
First I was scrubbed down and exfoliated, then a thick layer of warm Shea butter was applied all over my body. Once was completely lathered in butter, a plastic wrap was place over the butter so it penetrates the skin. While the process was taking place, I received the most dreamy foot massage. 50 minutes went by in a blink of an eye..and I definitely did not want to get up off the table when it was over. Needless to say...I'll be back. -

Book an appt. the first or third Sunday of the month and enjoy a complimentary brunch...I'm talking waffles, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, oj, coffee...the works! I know I'm supposed to talk about the massage and facial treatment, but it doesn't get better than this (no other spa has this)! Yummy food all from Whole Foods!
They're also part of Spa Week Sept. 15-21st so book your $50 appt. asap!

This was my last stop for Spa Week 2008 and I booked the body melt. I didn't check the Red Door website for the description so I was looking forward to finding out what it was.
So the body melt starts with a dry full body exfoliation. Warm shea butter is then applied and then you are wrapped in plastic to let it absorb in your body for its full benefits. You also get a nice neck and scalp massage while you are wrapped up and then left for a few minutes to relax. I completely fell asleep. I had wraps done before and I didn't feel awkward like I normally do right when I'm wrapped up. Afterwards, the therapist unwraps you and you are left with super hydrated skin. Angela was great. I'm gonna have to do that again. Sooooo nice.
Also when you check in you get a $20 coupon for your next service over $100 and a $10 coupon for a salon service over $50.
Sundays are a good day to come because they also serve Sunday brunch!Listed in: I'm a Spa Whore

Oh Spa Week, how I love thee. A $50 signature facial at Red Door Spa is well worth it. I couldn't get an appointment two weeks before Spa Week, so I put myself on a wait list. Luckily the Friday before spa week began, they had openings and called me up. I quickly snatched up an appointment for a facial the following Monday.
This was my first time at the spa, and the staff was extremely friendly. I took the tour around the hair/makeup areas, then saw the old man getting his spa week pedicure, then headed over to the changing room and waiting areas. I felt a little bit rushed around the spa. I just wanted to go there and relax, but maybe that's not what they do at this day spa? They were waiting around for me and I felt like a slow person because I hadn't finished filling out my questionnaire before they wanted to start my facial.
Well the esthetician was awesome. She gave me a great facial and of course I fell asleep. I tend to fall asleep quite easily when getting facials though. The best part of it all was that she did extractions and I hardly felt it! I was worried about the extracting part because the last facial I got somewhere else - I screamed so loud and bled everywhere. It was a very painful nightmare. But this time, I was so relaxed. She gave me a lot of advice about how to take care of my skin. Of course I wish the facial were longer.
The one drawback is having a basket of goodies for me to purchase when I was rushed out of the spa. I didn't like that because I don't want to feel too pressured to buy the stuff. But when they put all this stuff in a basket right before I paid for my facial, I actually ended up buying the $36 bottle of spf 30 sunscreen for my face. Man I am gullible. In the end, I'm sure it will be worth it and I'll be going back there. -

I have a wonderful friend who treated me to a Signature Package which included a massage or facial plus a mani-pedi.
Thuy was the person who did the mani-pedi. Probably one of the best I ever had. It had been almost 10 months since my last one - time flys - but well worth the wait! I think this was the best one I have ever had. Thuy took a little over an hour - my feet and hands have never been so shiny!
The massage part was just okay. I asked for a deep tissue and she primarily worked on my back/shoulder area. My legs, feet, arms, hands, were barely touched. My face and scalp were left feeling cheated! Then at the end of the massage I was encouraged - rather strongly - to look at their skin care products and neck massage items. I refused the hard sale....I guess at the end of a really great massage you might be in a state of nirvana to purchase anything that is brought to you????
All in all I would definitely go back to the mani-pedi. Not so much the massage. -

Spa Week 2007 officially has begun!!! $50 services @ select spas.
I started my week off at the famed Red Door salon.
New customers receive a coupon for 20% off their next $100+ service.
The staff at this spa are far from the trendy new locations dotting SF. Staff are warm and professional on the most part.
Found out they don't even use most of the EA products here, as they are being phased out. They use some Skinceuticals products. Yeah!
Thoroughly enjoyed my Classic facial. My esthetician was knowledgeable, diagnosing my skin, reporting damages, and gave me the inside scoop on a line of skincare that does wonders on keratosis pilaris.
The cream and sugar scrub was really moisturizing. The therapist was a bit awkward. A lot of Darth Vader breathing, slightly creepy. I would have liked to be informed of the male therapist, but it was fine. Extras were the surprise massage element of the scrub.
The second room was not that relaxing due to the chatter from the next room, watch out for the thin walls. Or tell your therapist to crank up the music.

I kicked off spa week with The Red Door and scheduled a 9 AM body melt. The front desk staff was great! After filling out my paperwork, I got a tour of the place and was escorted to the locker area.
I was disappointed when I stepped into their locker area - it was so small and not luxurious at all. With the Elizabeth Arden name behind the Red Door, I expected more in their changing area and spa. They also only have one shower and missed out on a few details -- couldn't find soap in their sink outside of the bathroom, no vanity area etc. There was no sauna, steam room or jacuzzi.
As for my treatment -- it was great. Robin used these gloves to remove dead skin and then rubbed me down in warm lotion. It was sooo yummy! Then I was treated to a scalp massage. With the $50 spa week price, it was well worth it but I would not pay the reg $120 price for the treatment.
Overall - it's just OK. I will probably not return but it may be a spa that my mom would enjoy.Listed in: My Spa-Capades

The spa looks wonderful, but it's a total disappointment once you enter those red doors. I did not enjoy my treatments and the ladies at the reception are rude and very unprofessional. I felt almost like them wanted me out of there, and I am not a hard customer to work with, I just want to enjoy the service that I paid for.
Also, a relative has scheduled a few treatments for my mom on her birthday and paid for every single one of them. When she was done with the treatments, the reception girl kept her there for 40 min telling my mother that she is lying that someone has paid for it and she will not leave the spa until she presents a credit card. What a ridiculous service that ruined a pretty good birthday gift.

They lose one star just because they are just not that great comparing to the ones in Japan, Taiwan, or Hong Kong. Otherwise, they are one of the good ones in San Francisco.
It's a relaxing environment and treatments are great. Sonia and Deborah are great. They had the right pressure (for me) and actually messaged the right pressure points. I felt asleep so many times right after their facial massage. -

I got the Spa Week deal ($50 for 50 min facial). I've had tons of facials in my life and I would put this one on the ok list. Irena was very sweet but frankly could've used just a little more pressure when she massaged my face and hands. I didn't feel much of a neck or shoulder rub and definitely no foot. This was AFTER I told her that getting a good facial massage was the reason I had come in.
She also didn;t do much of an extraction at all - maybe 3 minutes. I was disappointed, after all that steaming.
She didn't leave me alone for more than 5 minutes which is good, but at the end she gave me this mask to buy. The way she said it left it unclear if it was a gift or something I was to buy, but seeing as it was full size, had been opened just for me that day and knowing spas and how they like to give nothing away for free, I just left it on the counter - don't need to buy any more products, thank you very much.
All in all, relaxing and just fine. What I expected. -

I went here for the basic Red Door facial; it was a very pleasant experience.
My esthetician was very skilled - she started the facial by asking me about any concerns I had and offered customized suggestions for the facial before starting. She recommended products, but after mentioning them once, she assured me there was no pressure to buy anything and she dropped the subject immediately. She was quiet during the facial - I love not having to worry about having a conversation with someone while I'm trying to relax.
The only drawback I can think of is the locker rooms and waiting area are very cramped - it was difficult to get dressed with three other people in the locker room area, and there were only three benches and one chair in the waiting room. -
Review from Cindy R.

I visited Red Door during spa week and got a $50 class facial. I couldn't help but think that Red Door was the ghetto version of someplace like Nob Hill Spa. The waiting area had cheap pleather chairs with rips in them. The "relaxation area" was anything but relaxing as it was filled with a group of loud (tourist?) women discussing their bikini waxes and their friend's divorce.
My facialist was very sweet, but I didn't feel like she was particularly knowledgeable. I must say, she did a great job of making me feel warm and comfortable...like I was wrapped in a cocoon. The facial itself was relaxing, but she didn't do very many extractions...which I think is the most important part. The ones she did do she pressed too hard and actually made me cry out in pain...which has never happened to me before. Also, 3 days later I still have 3 or 4 red marks on my face from her handy work...which is another no no.
In all, I did enjoy the facial and found it a nice way to unwind from the work week. But if you plan on coming here, do it as a way to relax, not as something that will actually heal your skin. Had it not been spa week, I would have been sorely disappointed for the price. -

Spa Week is a great time to get pampered for just $50. I opted for the Stress Melter, which is normally $220 for 110 min, but for Spa week, it's just $50 for 50 min. Not a bad discount, huh?
This treatment is very basic, yet effective. What they do first is do a dry glove exfoliation, which is just a rub with exfoliating gloves (the kind you can get at the body shop). I thought that they would use some kind of oil or lotion with the gloves, but no, it's really just rubbing the gloves over your body. What I like about this place is that they are very modest and cover certain parts of the body so that you are more comfortable. Then, they take off the gloves and rub warm oil (rose scented) all over and massage you for the rest of the time. It's not a traditional massage, but it's still very relaxing at I was on cloud 9 by the time this ended. Megan was very, very good=)
I wish that this place felt more like a spa. I mean, my 50 minutes were great, but after that, I didn't have an opportunity to sit in a sauna or anything like that.
I'm going to come back the next time Spa Week happens again! I think I may try the facial--I've heard great things about it! -

Some of the hairstylists and make-up artists from Red Door Spa generously offered to do the models' hair and make-up for The Avant-Gardist Fashion Show (http://theavant-gardis...) on Thursday night and they were effing amazing. Despite having to work in a pretty cramped space downstairs in the storage section of Mayes (they were using industrial-sized meat saws as make-up stands and had one extension cord for hair appliances), they managed to make everybody look amazing, including yours truly.
After I got a chance to take a look at my hair and make-up in the mirror (and furtively drink as much cranberry vodka as I could), I felt ready to make my runway debut. I'm 5'6" and have the cheekbones of a baby panda, so that's nothing short of a miracle. One of the girls after the show told me backstage that I totally had my "bitch face" on the whole time. What can I say? Red Door made me feel fierce! -

I was a 2008 bride and my bridesmaids got me a gift certificate to Red Door Spa for a bridal shower gift, so I got a facial there two weeks before my wedding.
I got an appointment for Friday, and was appointed to Wesley. The overall experience was very calming, and as she worked with my skin and different masks and creams, she offered some helpful tips of what types of toner and moisturizer I should use based on the type of skin I had, and how much I should moisturize where. My face hurt for a couple days from where she squeezed certain areas of my skin (to rid it of whiteheads), and the areas turned slightly red, but by the time the big day came around, my skin was in great shape and was more glowing than ever.
It was definitely a nice pampering experience, but mainly enjoyable because it was a gift. I would feel too guilty and indulgent paying $120 or so out of my own pocket for it, unless it was for a very special occasion. -

I've had several facials in the past and this one is definitely not at the top of my list. I went here because I THOUGHT it was going to be amazing and it's conveniently located blocks from my workplace.
Here are a few reasons NOT to visit the RED DOOR:
1) You don't get a mini-pampering session before your service like at other spas
2) The facility doesn't make you feel like you're at a spa (no tranquil setting, no pleasant aromas of essential oils)
3) My esthetician, Wesley, kept a mask on my face for an unusually long time and left me in the room waiting forever
4) She started off telling me what she was doing right before each step and after that, she didn't speak a word
5) You don't get the amazing neck and shoulder massage with a facial there like you do at other places for the same price
My big thing with spas is that you should feel pampered after no matter what the service...and I didn't.
I won't be back nor will I recommend this place. Go to La Belle!
P.S. My sisters friend had her WEDDING DAY makeup done by an EA makeup artist and she didn't like it so I had to fix it for her the day of!!! -

I came in for the stress melter ritual. It is pricey, but if you feel like pampering yourself, then you've found the package. They start you off by scrubbing your entire body. Then you shower and then comes the foil wrap and then a massage. The person I had was great. Right pressure and everything. If it weren't that expensive, I would def. do it again.
They don't have a spa or steam shower, but everything in the changing room is clean. Fluffy towels and robe. -

I've been getting my hair cut by Kati for 5 years. She is a master. My hair always looks great. More importantly, she cuts my hair so that I can style it too and it is manageable for my life (I have small kids). In the last year, I have had Katy color/highlight my hair too and I can't believe how great it turned out.
Occasionally, I get a manicure there as well. I don't do this often, but the job done there is much better than any other place I've visited. -

I have visited this spa twice during Spa Week and my experience has been good both times. I was there for the 50 minute Elizabeth Arden Classic Facial in September. My esthetician was Shan Shan. She had just started working there but seemed to be very knowledgeable. She started out by asking me my facial regime. She made recommendations about how I should care for my skin after examining my skin. She wasn't skimping on the product. She rubbed the Vitamin B6 serum on my face like 3 times. She gave my face a good steam before doing the extractions. Usually extractions are painful but she has a light touch.
Upon the completion of my facial she told me that there was no pressure to purchase anything. She didn't want me to buy anything I wouldn't be using. I ended up purchasing 1 item which was the most useful for me. The Elizabeth Arden the 8 hour cream skin protectant, which is an all-purpose balm that helps heal and protect chapped skin. You can use this on lips, cheeks, hands, and cracked heels. This product was only $17.
The spa itself is a decent size. There is a changing room with a curtain and you can put all your stuff into a locker. There is one shower, one bathroom, and a nice vanity area with a big mirror. There is also a nice waiting area with tea, water, or cranberry juice. I went on a weekday so it was pretty quiet. -

This place was not bad at all. From some of the reviews I was thinking, "what am I getting myself into?" Anyways my friend and I walked in and were warmly greeted by the person at the front desk and invited to go on a tour. We walked into the spa area and were completely surprised it had so much more than I had expected.
My facial with Gabbie (spelling?) was great. She was informative and knowledgeable, something I appreciate in a esthetician. I wasn't pushed to buy any products as well. :)
The body melt I also received was okay. They just lotion-ed me up and that was it. I wouldn't go back for that but the facial definitely made up for it! -

I had the opportunity during Spa Week to try out this Spa and their service for only $50 and I'm glad I did. Not because the spa was super amazing or anything - but because I had the opportunity to try it for a cheaper price... and I definitely would not have paid more.
The spa is smaller than some I've been to, but I must admit it is clean and the service is pretty good. I decided on the Body Melt treatment. It's basically a dry exofoliant and they apply shea butter and wrap you in foil (not real foil folks). The foil enables the shea butter to soak into your skin deeper than it would if you just applied it and rubbed it in.
Overall it was a good experience and my skin felt great. I also got to keep the gloves they exfoliated me with so I can do it at home! Three bad things I would note is that they only have one shower, one bathroom, and one changing room... -

I was needing a great hair cut and turned to Yelp for some advise.
Since Red Door is best known for its salon, I decided to give it a try. I arrived on Friday afternoon (1/2/09) for an appointment with Katy. Wow, does she know hair and how to treat her clients.
Since this was my first visit with Katy, I was a bit nervous. Well there was nothing to be nervous about with her. Not only did she give me a wonderful cut, I decided to go all out and have my locks colored, as well.
If you are looking for a cheerful, talented hair stylist, Katy is your gal.
I'll be back in 4 weeks. -

For the money, this place could be nicer. I know I'm in SF but the locker room area felt cramped and lacked some supplies. This place was basically a ghost town. The entire time my husband and I were there, I think we saw maybe one other customer. I did appreciate the snacks in the waiting area, which felt like a hallway. The massage was good but not great. It really seemed like more of their budget went into the reception area.

Oh Oralia, how I love thee! You make my misshapen, overgrown yet sparse eyebrows into a thing of beauty! Thank you for always shaping them perfect, providing great conversation during the appointment, and just being overall incredible! Muchas gracias chica!

THUY IS THE BEST!!!! She did my toesies so nicely and WOW has basically REMOVED a callous I've had for over 8 years! I've tried everything from Doctor Sholls to the REAL Doctor and nothing has worked out like Thuy's magic. Way to go girl!
PS This 3 star rating is for the salon as a whole. The salon lacked ambiance (wtf is with the overhead florecent lighting?), had snotty front desk staff (think Marc and Amanda from Ugly Betty, but less funny) no wine or tea offered with my pedi, and left me reading out-dated trashy magazines. Thank God for Thuy or I would never go back.
