I recently went to Electrik Lemon. My appointment was with Kirsty. She did an excellent Job. I am always a little nervous when I go and get my hair colored as Ive had lots of bad experiences. Kirsty made me feel comfortable. Listened, Suggested Ideas.
The atmosphere in the salon is welcoming , warm and refreshing.
You can tell that Kirsty loves what shes does, as you can see the passion and care shine through her work.
I would highly recommend her to all my friends ,family. And anyone who is looking for a great experience. -

I love Electrik Lemon and what they do to and for my hair!
After I arrived in Edmonton, I was in need of a new hairdresser, and after seeing a friend's hair look absolutely fantastic after a recent salon visit, pestered her until I got the name of Lucie at Eletrik Lemon.
My first visit was terrific: Not only was the saloon fun and relaxing, the staff was great and Lucie had a terrific personality that made me feel entirely confident that I was in good hands right from the very beginning of the session. I admitted my concerns about wanting something that would look good and still be easily styled and pulled back so I could dance, and within moments she was talking about exactly what direction my hair grew, my face shape, and identifying cowlicks and other potential hair challenges. I really felt that what I was saying was being taken into account, and was happy to relax into the complimentary scalp massage I received for filling in a survey on the Electrik Lemon website. Several cups of tea later, and I was thrilled: my hair looked TERRIFIC. It fell perfectly, had made my double chin disappear, and Lucie quickly showed me exactly how pieces would frame my face (but not wind up in my eyes) when i wore it up. It not only looked great then, but looked great days later when I styled it myself. I was told complimentary bang trims were part of the service, and to come back for one as soon as it was needed.
Several months later, and my hair wasn't responding to the haircut anymore, so I decided to take some time out of my ridiculous schedule for both a new haircut and a colour. Despite needing to reschedule several times, the staff was helpful and professional, and even checked directly with Lucie to see just how late she could take me in an afternoon and still finish by closing time, so as to best accommodate me!
Again, I had a great time at the saloon, and felt relaxed and pampered. When we were finished, the cut was great - I had bangs and a nice frame for my face again, and my hair's natural body was finally back, but I wasn't entirely sure about the colour: although it looked gorgeous, I had to admit it was a bit too much of a change from my usual look for me to feel comfortable, even though it was what I had said I wanted - I hadn't quiet expected so many highlights! Lucie and I discussed it,and she said she was happy to help me if I wanted to come back the next afternoon (it was already past closing time) so that we could find the perfect solution to my hair angst.
Done! I headed back the next evening, a little worried about what would happen, but Lucie was ready for me and my qualms and immediately started asking questions about exactly how I envisioned myself and had me look at lots of colour swatches until I found one I loved. We then discussed how much of it to use, which resulted in an agreement to cover most of the previous highlights but still leave a few of the very pale ones in. An hour later, and my hair was exactly what I wanted, but hadn't been able to put into words earlier: a rich, soft coppery blonde, with tons of depth, gloss and various dimensions that suited my style, skin, eyes and self perception perfectly!
If you're looking for a place where the hairdressers are eager to please, have a great store of knowledge and treat you wonderfully while making you look and feel fantastic, head to Electrik Lemon for you next cut or colour. I know I'm already looking forward to my next visit there!
