Had breakfast at Eggsmart on Erinmills pkwy, service was slow, had to remind server twice about my toast and coffee, not impressed. Manager did take 50% off bill. Food was below average.

Brunch with my family has never been so horrible.
Once you walk through the door you are to seat yourself.
Half of the tables are covered with dirty dishes because the one waitress working can't handle all the customers and clean all the tables herself!
Once you find a clean enough table, grab a seat and be prepared be be sitting on each others laps its so crammed!
The menu is brunch/breakfast items and didn't look like anything special but did have great prices! So what the heck, why not give it a shot?!
Our food came to the table COLD!
Cold potatoes, cold eggs, coldish/barley melted buttered bread & hard/thin bacon with strange fruit thrown onto the plate to look like a garnish.
After you try and eat your meal..
Wait 20minutes for your bill...
Pay & Run and never go back!
