This park has beautiful trails and interesting landscape. It is a very nice place for a walk. There are ponds, hills, paved paths and elaborately arranged plants to make the scenery more garden-esque. A bit artificial, but it still is a pleasant place to hang out.

There is a long trail that leads south. I believe you can reach downtown from this park. It passes through Sunny Brook park as well. You can ride bikes along the trail. I occasionally ride bikes at this park, and I love passing through all kinds of trees and bird sounds. The scenery is breath-taking during autumn season. It is also a good work-out too.

In summer the park is very crowded. The trail gets taken over by many cyclists as well. As a result I usually avoid this park during summer time.

My favorite time to visit the park is April (or spring). I like to see the blooming flowers and growing leaves. The middle stage of seasonal cycle in nature between winter and summer where plants' return to green isn't complete yet. The fresh smell of the melting snow in the air is very intoxicating for me as well.

Overall, this is one of my favorite parks in Toronto. I like to go to this park to have a relaxing time with my friends and family.
