Review from David L.
I should note that this location at Riverside Village is an actual restaurant and it's not at a food court. Edo Japan is usually found at food courts at malls. I had a teriyaki chicken bento box with rice, California rolls, and some vegetables. Large portions too! I ordered while standing in a line like at McDonald's and they will deliver the food to your table. Not bad because this restaurant is actually a fast food restaurant. Well, there was a lot of chicken in the bento box, a good amount a rice, the California rolls were good quality, although they weren't the best I've ever had. Staff at this restaurant even came to our table and asked how our food tasted! Good value, and you don't even have to leave tips. Hey, it's a fast food joint with nice friendly service.

Review from Bradley C.
Penticton, BC
This location in Penticton is my first experience with this chain. I understand from speaking with others and reading the other review that the normal location is in mall food courts. That's not hard to imagine. It seems reasonable for that kind of thing. My fussy ten year old likes the bland flavours. The portions are good. Anyone expecting an exploration of Asian flavour and kitchen craft should look elsewhere. The service and attitude of the ownership and staff is excellent. True to it's roots, the interior lighting is blinding. Slightly healthier than chain burgers or chicken, the kid really has to wear me down to go here.
