Edible Arrangements has locations all over the world, and it's great to see one here in the heart of Ottawa. This particular store is independently owned and operated. They offer many different fruit and chocolate arrangements and dessert boxes for almost every occasion you can think of. You can have them cater your dessert and centerpieces for weddings and large group events, or you can pick up an arrangement at a location near you, or even have it delivered for a fee.
I had a small dipped fruit arrangement delivered. There were sticks of fresh strawberries, bananas, melons, pineapples, marshmallows cut into little crescent or flower shapes, all dipped in dark chocolate. It was delicious, but nothing too fancy and extremely over-priced. Though great-tasting and convenient, I would only recommend buying an edible arrangement if you are willing to really splurge on fruit and chocolate.
