The Crystal Mall 'market' area is filled with options of shopping for your home preparation goods, and I am constantly going from place to place, not only to get the best deal, but to see who has the best looking in regards to produce. This is one of the big boys of the market that deals in the meat selection. It really does not matter what time of day you are here, it is busy, with line ups for meat, and bones (for their Chinese soups). Nothing is cooked here, it is the raw deal and just another slew of places to spend some time in when you are looking for some necessities of cooking.
Also it's not a far walk from the smaller meat market that is just a couple stalls up to compare prices and quality.
