Got roped in By a groupony thing $19/ 1 month unlimited wash! wow I 'm a fan at that price (regular price is $40)
It is a touch-less system did not work on our Smarty car, but does a good job on regular size, service is great, awesome equipment (vacuum and mat washers) guys working there are pleasant and very helpful, Smoking deal at $19/month not sure if I will stick on at $40.. will see (their regular wash is $20 for one time most hand wash places are that and they vacuum/hand dry) -

This is a review of the dog wash only. Went tonight to wash my dog and the attendant was very helpful, I really liked that you can buy the tokens by debit card. The dog wash was a decent set up, but the 6 minutes I washed my dog the water never warmed up At ALL. I didn't bring dog shampoo as the website says they provide it, but that is a joke. No lather, only a tiny bit of white bubbles appeared in the time I paid to waste while freezing my dog. Then three minutes of using the dryer, which is also cold (unbelievable!) we ended up drying our dog off with a blanket from our car. Cold water and a cold dryer, outrageous. Also. both stations have broken dog leashes, so we had to use ours which was too long for the purpose and then was wet all night. This was a total of ten bucks for the equivalent of turning the hose on my dog in the backyard.

I've been here a couple of times already and still have a couple of more times to go due to my recent online coupon purchase.
I really love the idea of this environmentally touch-free car wash system. I like the promotions that they run once in a while if you join their membership program.
However, the car wash itself doesn't do much of a good job versus the typical automatic car wash.
Yes, this is good for people who are particular with anyone else touching their car and damaging any siding or moulding. But the execution doesn't do a good job.
The process of washing the car is slow. You have three car bays that can get backed up from the lengthy car wash process. If the car came out shiny, I wouldn't mind. Mine came out like someone just sprayed a high pressure washer on it. Each and everytime I saw spots on the lower portion of the doors which is typical when no scrubbing is involved.
Same goes for the vacuum system and automatic mat wash. My mats came out wet still and the attendant still had to dry them by hand.
I do appreciate the Rain X option on the glass which does work. But the pricing is too much to handle and the washing results don't encourage me to try out their membership.
If they lower the prices and I'm in the area, I wouldn't mind dropping by for a wash. As it stands for now, I'd have to look for another promo to patronise Easywash yet again.Comment from Geoff B. of Easywash 1/27/2011

I went there for may be 3 times. Every time, there customer service was super! Yesterday I went there for my carwash and the credits and debits machine was down. I was waiting for 5-10 mins and the machine was still down. So, I told them that no problem I will be back later. The guy who was working there at that time said "no worries today is your lucky day." So, he gave me a free carwash!
My car was clean and scathe free!!! I love touch less car wash :)
I'm sure I will be back there again.. Even though I leave in downtown area!

This car wash is a joke. They charge more than almost any other car wash in Vancouver for a so called touchless wash. Their machines do a terrible job. They are located by the docks so they get lots of trucks coming through. The water is probably recycled because many times I've left with spots on my car. The vacuum and detailing centre is overpriced, looking at $3 for 3min and that's the minimum. Biggest problem is that their machines are usually not working - very little suction power or out of shampoo for the rug shampoo machine. I've called to complain but they don't return phone calls. Only commercial drivers or people with a 50% coupon frequent this place, never heard of any regular customers who pay full price coming here regularly. I've tried it a few times and been burned every time so I won't be coming back. There are so many better car washes in Vancouver with better customer service.

At a minimum $14 for a car wash of just over 6 minutes long I can't help but wonder if there's a less expensive way to wash a rental car. Oh well. At least its purportedly environmental and 24/7
