I used Easy Express to set up a shuttle service connection between our Fort Lauderdale airport hotel to the Miami cruise terminal. While preparing for our trip I used email to get a price quote (and get the AAA discount), then to make a reservation, I had to actually call them to place the credit card order (no online reservation system, and they use an AOL account for their email). Over the phone, I was told that they automatically charge for a 15% gratuity - but even with that, it was cheaper than other shuttle service rates online.
Day of the shuttle service pickup, I get a call to let me know that the shuttle would like to come earlier, which was cool, since we didn't need to hang out at the hotel past checkout time. Around the new pickup time, the dispatcher called to let me know that the shuttle was nearing our spot. When the shuttle arrived, it had a different name on the side than "Easy Express" but the driver confirmed our reservation and stowed our luggage. We had fun conversing with the other passengers, and a sign in the van indicated that shuttle charges didn't include gratuity - even though my credit card had been already charged with it included. Even with a little cash added as an extra tip straight to the driver, the shuttle service was cheaper than other shuttle or limo services going from FLL to Port of Miami, and got us there in good time.
Plus: cheapest friendly service.
Minus: reservation by phone only. be prepared for possible double gratuity. -

This place is getting 1 star because it cannot get ZERO.
Notice how the results are filtered? if you unfilter the results, you can see how inflated the ratings are. This place is completely unprofessional. I will update this later with a more in depth review, but the operator and his employees lack basic customer service skills. in essence, they try to conform the customer to them, not the other way around. Please AVOID this place at all costs. I don't give zero stars very often, but this is one of those times where it is so fully deserved that it cannot be avoided. -

No no no...so horrible we had reservations and pre paid and after calling and calling we got picked up an hour late from FLL to port of Miami and an hour and a half late back to FLL. The man on the phone is so rude and hard to understand. They are cheap for a reason and it's so not worth it.

Extremly poor service. Called on arrival as instructed. No answer. Left a message. No callback. Called again and got the same monotone jerk who is the brains behind the outfit apparently. Tells me someone is coming soon. Noone comes for 40 minutes so I call again. Tells me driver will be there momentarily but once we get on tells me we have to wait for more passengers. I tell them I am not going to wait another 30 minutes, called back and and get in an argument with the rude monotone guy previously mentioned in other posts. After circling around a little while for some time driver tells me we are just going ahead. Claims he decided to just go ahead and that is boss is angry with him. Not sure if this was all a farce but did end up going. I would definitely advise to save the hassle and go with a more reputable service. Not the way you want to start a vacation with clowns like this.

Excellent service. I would go through them again. I was expecting a ride share but we were the only passengers... both ways.
They were very flexible and picked us up at a different location. The first pickup location was no extra charge, the second place I had to pay a little extra because it was out of the way but well worth it.
In our experience, they were very punctual. On time. -

I called to make a reservation after finding their website online. The representative barely spoke English and rude is an understatement. He raised his voice several times until at one point he was screaming at me! All because I asked about a noon shuttle as opposed to a 12:30 timeslot! I asked to speak to a supervisor and cursing, he hung up on me! It was the most unprofessional, discourteous transaction I've ever encountered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!
