I know most people would give this place four or even five stars but in my opinion it's just okay. I've been here countless times and the menu is honestly just boring. It's all the same options every time you go. Nothing new. Nothing special.
I understand the whole New York/Italian style theme they are going for but it's just lame for people like me who get caught in a group of people who want to go there. Also, I should note the bartenders at this location are absolutely terrible in terms of their customer service and the quality of their drinks. The service from the waitresses has always been pretty good though. And the atmosphere is always interesting and can keep some stuck in the boringest of engagements entertained.
If your a bit New York style Italian food fan then hit it up. It's a chain so you will likely be able to find one in whatever city you reside. -

Avoid!!!
The last time I went to this location I ordered a vegetarian pizza. When my order arrived there was pepperoni hidden underneath the toppings. Unfortunately, I consumed some of the pizza before noticing the mistake. When I complained to the manager he simply shrugged his shoulders and said that he would take it off my bill. He was very lackadaisical in addressing the situation. What if it had been a food allergy or I was Jewish?
