Review from Rosie R.
Not bad! A lovely interior, with moderate prices, and a nicely varied menu.
I had the steak frites and loved it. I was curious to try the curry or one of the pasta dishes.
If I had spent more time in Edmonton, I'd have liked to check out their bar and other menu items. Overall, I enjoyed it, and would eat at another Earl's location.
Looks like one is coming to Bellevue, WA soon so i will definitely check it out! -

I used to be frequent Earl's guest. But it has got very pricey and some of favourites have been banished from the menu. This location no longer has a wood fired oven.
On our most recent visit, we had to wait for 10 minutes for a table even though the restaurant was almost empty. There were 8 hostesses/servers hanging about, chatting at the entrance. But they were BAR servers, so could not possibly seat us and bring us a drink while we waited for the restaurant servers to finish their meeting in the kitchen. Isn't that absurd?
The food we had was pretty good. Although the Bronx burger can not be eaten without taking out a few of the thick onion rings. The rings tasted of not fresh oil.
All in all, a pricey couple of burgers served by a waiter who could have dialed down the cool server act a bit. -

Decent food, nice trendy atmosphere! Attractive hostesses and wait staff, which probably sways diners to come here especially men! My filet was cooked as ordered can't say it was particularly tasty though. I'd probably come back if in the area.

I've been going to Earl's since I was a wee lad and the burger still tastes as good as the first time. Having everything on the menu a few times other. The only thing I can say is try everything but the cream based pastas.

The Earls menu has gone downhill from what it used to be years ago. I had the steak here and it was no where close to the Keg quality. At the prices they charge you would expect a quality steak. The waitresses in the lounge are always good looking but the pub grub is average. It is a nice place to have drinks on the patio or to enjoy the excellent lounge but the food is not that great. I believe Earls is living on the past successes but the quality is not there as it once was.

I wish there was an Earls here in the Bay, but there's not. =-(
The calamari with the tzatziki sauce and the fetuccini alfredo is delicious. I think they may have changed their menu, but I'm not sure. I'll find out in September! -

Earl's has a variety of dishes in a chilled out atmosphere. They serve everything from roasted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes to curry with coconut milk jasmine rice. The surrounding is calm and relaxing and the lighting is perfect for romantic situations to friend reunions. They also have a bar for 18+(Canada's drinking age). Earl's is an overall enjoyable experience.
