Dynamic Ceramics is one of the few ceramic shops left in the area. Luckily, it is run with enthusiasm and commitment.
Traci is nice and makes her customers feel welcomed. Everything is well organized when you walk in. Items that you have ordered are ready and waiting for you on the blue wall.
There are many different molds to choose from, whether greenware or fired. You can always order a mold to be poured. My favorite are the garden trolls.
Dynamic Ceramics offers both evening and daytime classes. They host parties, which I have yet to do but that seems like it would be a lot of fun! They also have technique classes, which I think is very important. The work area is spacey and very clean, which is difficult to achieve when you're working with clay. Bravo!
This is probably the best ceramic shop to have opened since the Cubby Hole closed.Listed in: Crafts
