So, I reside in the notorious snobby Dyker Heights of Brooklyn, and many places around this area can be more than what you're asking for. Service? Average; nothing profoundly amazing. Just like any other Dunkin Donuts.

This place is like a weed that sprouted on my parent's corner.
The staff is incompetent, when i asked for a pumpkin spice flavored coffee they said they had none. When i asked to try a sample of the gingerbread flavored coffee to see how sweet it was (my mom sent me and didn't want sugar), they put some syrup in a spoon and tried handing that to me. When i declined the drippy ice cream sample spoon of syrup and just asked for a small gingerbread coffee, the manager's lackey could not handle the request from his manager and so the manager stormed off to make the drink. meanwhile a couple was affixing new advertisements to the window but they it looked more like the boy was groping the girl against the window who was just trying to do her job .
The street corner is filthy from whatever drips, spills and sits out there.
Rowdy gangs of mischievous kids loiter all day and night there.
This place is sad. I hate it. -
Review from Louis P.
The place isn't bad at all, it's new and fully functional...but beware of the Dyker Heights snobs!
The tween girls who hang out outside and come in for their coffee with a gigantic attitude. The workers are probably so jaded by these snobs that they hate coming to work.
They will literally throw money at the workers and curse and complain if there is just one person in front of them. It's hell on earth, and it gets worse and worse later in the night.
They are open 24 hours and you're bound to find a snobby little girl in your way at any time, proceed with caution!Listed in: Fast Food - Non Chinese Or…

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to! Never mind the tweens that make this their hangout place, it's the teen behind the counter that you have to worry about. He is incompetent, rude and insults you, usually in a different language so you don't understand what he is saying.
I went in to get a soft ice cream cone last summer, you'd think something that simple would be an easy task, but noooo, he lays the ice cream on the cone lop-sided. As I was holding it trying to reach for my money, the ice cream falls, I instinctively catch it with my other hand and attempt to place it back on the cone. The idiot behind the counter just stands there and stares at me, and then utters an insult in a foreign language, little did he know that I understood that language! He said "What a dirty B&%$#!" I was shocked, to say the least, and insulted even humiliated! I didn't say anything nor let on that I knew what he had just said. I guess I wanted to wait and see what else he was going to say. In the end he finally gave me some napkins after having to ask for it, I paid and left. I vowed never to come back to this store so long as he worked there! I sometimes regret not saying anything back to him, perhaps an even bigger insult in a language he understands, but I am just not like that, and refuse to stoop down to his level. He's lucky my friend Nell wasn't with me. She would have let him have it! Dirty B&%$# ?? You're the dirty B&%$#! He sure did look dirty in desperate need of a shower.
If you happen to go into this store and a teenage boy behind the counter utters something in a foreign language, assume that it's an insult. I'm sure that I'm not the only one he's done this to.
