I had a great experience with Dueck On Marine my sales person Darren Krop helped me though a the process of buying my new Chevrolet Cruze.
I had been to several other dealers and had made many online inquires to three other GM stores where other sales people made the process difficult
It started with Darren getting back to me within mere minutes of my online inquire and he even search other gm stores in order to get the color and options that I wanted. WOW
He introduced me to Larry Wong in service department so that I had a friendly face to come to when I need warranty repairs and routine maintenance
I will refer friends in family -

Just to put it in a nutshell : They rip you off here ! I went here to check a noise coming from my Cadillac's engine, and they told me to leave it there. So I come back and they tell me the noise is normal injector noise.However in addition I have a ~700 $ bill , "for 50,000 KM service" ! It was 2 page list of what they've done...
My suggestions is to go other trusted mechanics ! Much cheaper ! -

Darren, a know-it-all that knows nothing sales person is to be avoided at all costs. Talked him and his dealership out of a sure sale of pre-owned Mercedes S600.
It's deeply troubling that a sales person can think everybody is dumber than him, be so offensive and annoying and keep a job at a high profile dealership like Dueck.
The sales manager was a much better person who tried to save the sale with decent persona, but it was too late. The damage was done. -

never reapair you car here!!! did an oil change and repaired a burn light bulb in my cadillac... holly crap!!! nearly $300 ... they mention around 150, when i got there they said they had to fix this and that... shouldn't you have called me first to ask if i agree with those ''necessary'' repairs??? NEVER go to their mechanic section... way better and cheaper mechanic places in surrey...
