Given the fact that we had to have reservations for lunch in this fair sized restaurant that was packed with a long line waiting tells you that you're in for some good dim sum. Excellent, fresh, and quickly served, the dim sum is ordered off the menu-no carts which therefore requires a word of warning-go there with a Chinese speaker (preferably Cantonese) as this restaurant isn't too used to seeing Western patrons and I think you'd be lost as English is not commonly used here. But that's OK with me when the food is this good and I had a number of delicious servings that I have never seen on carts so I'll be back when my Cantonese friends are up for dim sum.
It's in the same price range as Top Gun
