Just wanted to give this place props. I called at 11:50am on a Sunday and got an appointment 20 minutes later. The office was bright and clean and reception area is comfortable. If by chance they are running late, who cares, you're inside Richmond centre!!!
Ok so I would recommend seeing Dr. Clement Chan. Dude is cool, with it, and knows what he's talking about. More importantly, at least for me, is that he can explain everything in layman's terms. It wasn't just another eye exam where the guy rattles off a bunch of stuff and writes you a prescription and sticks you with the eye exam fee.
I know I have 20/20 but was feeling some eye strain due to "iPhone overload" so decided to go get it checked out. While sitting in reception I realized I hadn't had my eyes checked in about 4 years. The eye tests went smoothly but the information was what was valuable. These days with our BB's, iPhones, laptops, Plasmas, LCD's etc. it was good to know these guys are looking out and know what to look for.
Anyways, not as exciting to read as a restaurant review but as I said I came away from this eye exam well informed and educated.
