A great budget guest house! I stayed at their neighboring, but very similar, Cambie Guest House in early June for 5 nights. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept in, but it was clean, cozy, quite, free wifi, and had good breakfasts with fresh fruit, toast, good tea, and made-to-order eggs/french toast. The staff was friendly, sincere, and helpful as well.

Only two complaints: lack of staff available after breakfast is served, and the water temperature is so variable that you almost have to keep your hand on the control, constantly adjusting so as not to freeze or scald. Other than that, it was impeccably clean inside and the beds were comfortable. The two staffers we met were gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, including good coffee, and as already described by others. Close to several Vanc sites. We'd stay here again. Had no idea there was free wi-fi--that probably would have saved us some money on 3G.
