I couldn't be happier with the service I received @ Don Dean. They were very friendly & helpful. The service was outstanding & I especially liked that they provided me with a courtesy car (which came from a rental shop down the street) but they had arranged for the rental-guy to pick me up.
When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I was very pleased with their work - not only had they fixed the issue but had also done a courtesy-repair on a couple other scratches/dents that were on the same side of the car being worked on. I almost wished both sides of my car had been dented so that the other side could look as good as the side they fixed (almost!)
What impressed me more is that they even took the time to dust/vacuum the inside of my car & did a far better job than my own dealership mechanics do.
if you're looking for a reliable, honest, and all-round awesome auto-body shop, I highly recommend Don Dean - you will not regret it.
