Pretty good. You can choose from Red Bean and Walnut, Red Bean and Cream Cheese, Custard, Blueberry and Cream Cheese, and Red Bean. The owner (I think) asked if we wanted to have some fresh ones. Of course we did, so he made some for us. He told use we would have to wait 10 minutes for them. Each fish cost $1.50.
The store isn't really that big. There were I think 4 tables of 2. I have to compliment them on being very clever. Each bag they give you will tell you the flavour of the fish. This way you won't get confused about each fish.
The texture of the fish was really soft and yummy. I preferred the Blueberry and cream cheese more than custard. This was because custard wasn't really sweet. In my opinion, there was no taste to the custard. It was just really smooth. -

I recently discovered this little cafe under my condo!!! They have these super delicious fish waffle with red bean, walnut, custard or blueberry paste in it. The waffle coating is prefect compare to other greasy ones that are available out there.
I'm so addicted to them!!!!
