On an island where everything was closed in February, we saw the owner walking his dogs and he offered to open up his shop for us. We had a full sampling of all the ciders and tried the onion and maple preserves. They also had jams and jellies and vinegars and lots of other goodies. We picked out almost one of each - the cider was great! The best of ALL was the onion and maple preserves. I could eat that stuff every day. We bought only one little jar of it and goes great with cheddar.... I wish I could swing over and get a few more... but alas I'm too far away. If you are on the island stop in for a tasting, he makes delicious stuff in there on his little island retreat!
