Dollar stores nowadays are packing some pretty diverse items in there, huh? Now, don't get suckered in by the name. Not everything is $1. But maybe that is why it's called Dollar Max, because you really max out your dollars :)
I came here the other day to buy my little guys some Art & Crafts supplies. I thought maybe I would spend about $10 tops. I ended up leaving there with $47 worth of stuff. I could not believe it... But again, not everything was $1 each.
The highest priced thing I purchased was $6.25 ( A box of 64 Crayola Crayons) which is still an awesome deal compared to Walmart or Zellers. That and a handful of other things, including some learning book & games, and even 2 nail polishes for me (lol)
Anyhow, they have so much in there, it's crazy... Don't go on an impulse, they will get you for sure! -

This Dollar store is one of the biggest ones around BC. They have quite the selection. Although not everything is just $1 like other Dollar stores, this place has items that maybe be over $1 but worth far more from what they sell it at. You'll find all the little things you'll need at this store. Their party section has everything you'll need, they have a large selection of cards, a good selection of toys and stationary and a lot of useful items for around the home.
There's only a few parking stalls in front of the store, but there's plenty of extra parking on the side of the store! -

There's not much you can say about a dollar store. This one is really big - with a huge selection of everything it is that dollar stores sell - form greeting cards and candles to hair accessories and candies.
This is a good place to stock up on things if you just moved out - you can get all the essentials for probably less than half the cost that it would cost you at WalMart.
