The presentation of our beverages and the shop was very nice. My Mocha was pretty good but nothing amazing. Our barista looked like death warmed over. He appeared to have a vicious hangover and wasn't managing very well. He even dropped one of our beverages part way through making it and had it smash and explode across the floor. They may have won awards for having some of the best baristas, but that certainly wasn't my experience. My loyalties lie elsewhere.

I agree place was very nice and clean.
Had a double americano and a cranberry cake for just over $5.
The coffee has some bitterness so I didn't like it, if I could I'll give it a two and a half overall. -

Definitely the best (and the very cleanest) coffee shop in Victoria.
If you want a great cup of coffee with fantastic service - this is the place. The pride they take in their work is outstanding. -

Very snobby and rude employees. I can't stand pretentious coffee shops and this is one of the worst I've encountered.
