There may be places with larger selections or more pretentious presentation, but in this part of the world, where the fishing boats pull up to the dock behind the store, there is no better place to get fish or shellfish. Their lobsters are fresh and lively, the people are nice, and when you shop here you're keeping the money as local as possible.
Skip the overpriced "Lobster Suppers" that dot the landscape, and get a couple of lobsters from Doiron's. If you don't have a kitchen where you're staying, get a cooked lobster and have a picnic.
In any case, when you're this close to the ocean and the fishermen who work it, there's no reason not to enjoy the bounty and do business with good people.
