I take Rusty, my Havanese, here to get his hair cut regularly by Winnie. She's a great dog groomer and my dog is quite comfortable with her, which is a top priority for me and him. She cuts his hair the way I ask for it and he's never come back looking weird. Cuts are generally around $40 and comes with the usual wash and dry. She'll charge more if your dog is pretty matted, which is the norm from my experience with dog groomers. She's pretty spot on in terms of time estimates as well.
I'm happy and my dog's happy, so this place is recommended by me!
